On the 1st floor of this home you will find a large great room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch and sun deck. The dining room table seats 8 & the breakfast bar in the kitchen has 2 bar stools for your morning coffee. A 36" TV in the living room is great for family movie night. Also located nearby is a 1/2 bath & laundry room. Going down the hall are 2 bedrooms that share a full bath. On the 2nd floor there is a loft area with daybed & trundle. This area also has a TV & writing/computer desk. Adjacent to this loft is a very large Master Suite with private bath & garden tub. 2 Kings, 2 Doubles, 1 Daybed w/trundle

- There is a large screen porch that over looks the pool area & also a small sunny deck for the grill.

- Pet Friendly: Sorry we can not accept cats due to owners server allergy to cats!
- Kid Friendly: Families are welcomed! We have many repeat guest in this home & they are usually 2 families. I think this is due to the great location, so close to the beach for kids.
