This wonderful beach cottage is located on a private lane & is only 100 steps to the beach!
On the 1st floor of this home you will find a large great room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch and sun deck. The dining room table seats 6 & the breakfast bar in the kitchen has 2 bar stools for your morning coffee. A 36" Tv in the living room which is great for family movie night. Also located nearby is a 1/2 bath & laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms both are updated and beautiful, a full bath is located in the hallway and is shared by both bedrooms. On the 2nd floor there is a loft area with a daybed & trundle, this area also has a TV & writing/computer desk for your computer if you must bring it on vacation. Adjacent to the loft is a very large Master Suite with private bath & garden tub.
Beddin consitst of: 2 Kings, 2 Doubles, 1 Daybed w/trundle.
Outside there is a small deck equipped with a grill, a nice large screen porch overlooking the pool. Downstairs is a covered patio and a sunning area with lounge chairs, the pool is sunny and has a nice waterfall feature.

The house was very well located, rented bikes and was able to ride to plaza. Beach located just at the end of the street (50yds). Nice and quite area. Outside of house could use some TLC, railings on stairs outside falling off, weeds growing through screened in porch, front door lock not working and couldn't use. The house was very clean though and when we had an issue with the pool someone came out that same day to fix.
Owner response:Thank you for staying at our home; the Sweet Carolina Jasmine is trimmed weekly and is not a weed the landscaper apparantley didnt see that it had reached the screen porch area. Thank you for notifying us of this situation now and we will make sure it is taken care of on Saturday. Regarding the pool, we did come out and change the timmer for the waterfall so that it did stay on longer for the guest. Regarding the front door we have opted to use only the garage as an entrance for the past year I wish we knew prior to now that this was an issue for the guest we would have changed it out if we had received a complaint but since there is some concern we will have it changed out on this Saturday; we have never had a complaint before. Regarding the railing I am the owner and we are at the home weekly, I will definately have the contractor check the railing as we would not want to have an unsafe item for any guest. A repeat performance!Lovely weather, fun shopping great food out and our second time at 2 Driftwood! I can't imagine we will ever stay elsewhere!!

What a wonderful week we had!! My husband and I, my 82 year old Mother and adult children loved watching the dolphins and the birds, had some great seafood and just relaxed. Hopefully we will be back next year. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

We had a great family vacation with our two young children and two golden retrievers. The location on the beach was perfect, so quiet and peaceful and sunny and warm for 7 days straight, Hopefully we will be back, maybe to move here!
