Just remodeled. Our one bedroom two bathroom condo sits on the beautiful 15-acre Kamaole Sands Resort across from Kamaole Beach III. The condo has a master bedroom/bathroom, an additional full bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room that converts into a second bedroom at bed time by opening the Murphy bed (queen size box spring and mattress), a washer/dryer and a lanai with a peak view of the ocean.
The Kamaole Sands Resort offers four tennis courts, a swimming pool, two jet spas, a children's wading pool, twelve gas BBQ grills, freshwater ponds and waterfalls, a cyber cafe, an exercise room and a 24-hour front desk and activity center. High speed internet access is also available in the condo for an additional fee. World-class golf, shopping, dining, ocean activities, whale watching and Wailea are only a short walk or drive away.
We have recently installed a central split air conditioning system in our condo. This gives you air conditioning throughout the condo, with an individual temperature control in each room. What a difference it makes on those warm nights when the trade winds stop blowing.
