Swim in the pool, enjoy the waterfront pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and new stainless appliances. Walk to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including garage and laundry. It is one of only two townhomes.
