This property is fabulous! It is very unique bedroom set-ups, lofty and open. We had 10 people stay comfortably at this home. Absolutely no complaints! The weather was unusually cool the week we stayed, and the pool table saved us; It overlooks the ocean and has wonderful views. You can tell that this owner takes special care of his property and cares about the people who rent it! Thanks Phil!

Everything was as we had hoped and better!. The main attraction for us was the access to the Gulf and we could not have asked for anything else. The home, right on the beach and facing the sunset, was perfect and the sandy beach was great for swimming. Our whole group swam several times every day (December). Everything was as described in the listing without exception but the total package considerably exceeded expectations. Everything that we needed or wanted was available in the home or within walking distance. There was more than enough space. My wife and I vacationed with my two adult daughters and our son-in-law. There are great facilities for cooking, eating and relaxing as a group yet the layout provided plenty of privacy when we were not together. The location is excellent - both the immediate area within walking distance and the greater Tampa area by car. The description in the ad perfectly captured the facilities but the whole was greater than the sum of the parts. The property is perfectly clean and maintained. I would also say I am very pleased by the way everything was handled by the owner. All emails were answered immediatley. We left for Florida confident that there would be no problems and there were none. The deposit was returned immediately. I highly recommend this home for a pleasant vacation. Bill

This is a beautiful house. It is much bigger then the pictures. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was wonderful having a pool right outside for the kids to swim in the evenings. Tropical Storm Debby did do a good amount of beach erosion but it the beach was still beautiful. Phil is wonderful. He stays in communication with you. The flowers and bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. Sitting by the pool drinking a glass of wine was wonderful. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It was wonderful to find such a beautiful place that takes dogs. We will be staying here again!!

My husband and I spent a week here with four teenage girls. The space was perfect for us...it was very nice that the kids had their own living area AND a pool table! And we loved our private master suite with it's separate sitting room. The view and direct beach access were lovely. We loved the quietness of the immediate area, but shops, restauants and actvities are just 2-5 minutes only away. The house comes complete with everything you need for your vacation, and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding week in this fine townhouse! Seven adults ranging from 55-82 yrs and one small puppy gathering from Mobile, Chattanooga, and Yalaha, FL. Plenty of room for gathering or finding a quiet corner. Beach was gorgeous - white sand and shells, blue/green clear water. Sunsets were amazing and yes, some of us saw the green flash! Awesome! Highly recommend Sea Hags for lunch/dinner. Food (esp lightly battered fried grouper sandwich, marina salad/grilled grouper)/service (Jen)/ambience super! And they are pet-friendly! Lots of restaurants are not, even with outdoor seating. Best place to stock (or restock) your bar is Norman's on Gulf Blvd in St Pete Beach very close by. Unbelievable selection of anything you would need for that and prices very good. Back to the townhouse - well-appointed and clean upon our arrival. Fresh flowers and bottle of wine were nice touch! The pics on this website really don't do it justice. Only comments we had were that for the bedrooms on the beachside of this home, there is little sound privacy. The couples in bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 could hear each others' conversations. The top floor bedroom has a rail across instead of a wall, so keep that in mind. The master is on the street side (we had that one) and we heard nothing. Other thing is that there is not a handrail for the stairs going up to the bedrooms. For most folks, probably not a problem, but we had a gentleman whose trips up and down might have been a little easier. Back to positive comments - Phil was so great during the whole process. We had a couple of changes to the original plan and he was more than accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with him on everything. Very close (15 min) to downtown St Petersburg. Tampa Bay Rays games, Salvador Dali Museum, fun shopping. Highly recommend this beach home!

Wonderful, wonderful week at the beach with my family and grandchildren from South Dakota. Roomy and well appointed - warm seemed like our home. Just perfect for grandchildren and the location couldn't be better. We fished, parasailed and rented wave runners. A week of heaven. Cooked our catch on the gas grill. RELAX was the word every day and we did. Sunsets were beautiful, dolphins galore and even a manatee found its way to our beach and swam up to us...it was enchanting..my grandchildren would rather be at the beach anyday than Disney! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home.

This home is so comfortable, and so beautiful....the location (right on the beach) with those gorgeous trees leading right to the sand....spectacular! Almost every evening my family and I watched the sunset from the back deck overlooking the beach. This was a family reunion, pups and all, and this house helped make it a wonderful time for all of us. And thank you Phil for being so accommodating to my family and I. Thank you also for the welcoming wine and flowers and for the assistance you provided while we were there. We had a wonderful vacation.....You know when I first saw the pictures of your home on VRBO, I was amazed at the setting. If anything, in real life, the pictures don't do it justice! I would be happy to highly recommend your home...I hope I get to come back again. Thank you!

Wonderful home. I miss it so much already. It is really a special, special place. It's impossible not to fall in love with it. Clean, beautiful home. Perfect beach front. I can't say enough about this home and how much my family and I enjoyed ourselves. We had a very hard year, after the loss of my sister, and spending time at this house helped us feel whole again. Can't say enough. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

My family just returned from a week vacation at this beautiful townhome. I have to say we did not want to come home! We were there the week before Easter and of course the weather was perfect everyday. The house has everything you would need just like home. Plenty of beach towels, linens,pillows and blankets, every appliance and utensil you need for a kitchen. The garage was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and toys. There were 5 adults and one baby(18mos) we had plenty of room and there was a booster seat and crib for her. The set up is perfect you can go to the beach which is steps away, then go for a swim in your own private pool. The location is close to everything, a short walk down the beach to Caddys, which is a lively place with good food, ate breakfast there several times. A short drive to John's Pass Village for shopping and eating. Great communication with owner. Property is clean and well maintained, I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great vacation!

To Phil and Lisa: Nature provides the perfect sandy beach, lovely evergreens, exquisite gulf and sky. You, however, have met Her challenge. In truth, this visitor felt like a house guest in a great friend's home. From crisp linens to wonderfully equipped kitchen to personal touches like signed art, the place is a haven, no matter the season. Simply stated, your beach home is comfortable elegance. Thank you for a sublime reprieve from a cold Ohio winter. Five stars in all regards.

Perfect Vacation!

We stayed in this wonderful home over Christmas week and it exceeded our expectations. We had 7 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog and there was plenty of room for all of us--even around the dining room table. We knew it would be a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the door and saw the fresh flowers, Christmas cookies, and bottle of wine that the owners provided. The weather was cold and windy the first couple days, so the pool table, games, books, and several TV's were nice to have. After the weather warmed up we spent hours on the beach hunting shells and found some real treasures. We couldn't believe all that was provided in the home--a crib, highchair and stroller for the baby, and so many beach toys, chairs, grills (with charcoal), and other items that made us feel at home. The location is wonderful--a short walk to a fun beach-front bar/restaurant, a longer walk to John's Pass and other attractions. The road that the home is located on is "No Outlet", so there aren't a lot of cars driving by. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciated their flexibility when it came to checking in and out. We really hope to stay here again someday. Our vacation was wonderful. The house is awsome. It litteraly is like staying in someones home not your run of the mill vacation rental. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Everything we could have needed was right there. We will certainly be back next year and will recommend this awsome home to our friends. Thank your Phil for making our stay so great.

The house is huge as well as gorgeous. The view from the covered porch is wonderful and where we spent every morning and evening. The beach is just steps away and quite private esp. during the week. We saw lots of dolphins everyday (even jumping out of the water & close to the beach) stingray & even a manatee! We hardly went anywhere else because it was too nice to leave.

My family and friends had a fantastic time at your townhouse! We appreciated the fresh flowers and wine that greeted us. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the wonderful view from the porch. We watched dolphins go by and saw the gorgous sunsets. Your home was beautifully furnished and we all wished we could stay longer. It was great being so close to the beach. If we forgot something it was a short walk back to the house. We looked forward to shelling in the mornings. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We just got home from this wonderful beach house and already we are thinking about next year! We all loved Treasure Island and the location on the beach is just amazing. Everything in the house was perfect and there was nothing that we needed that you didn't have. We really couldn't have asked for anything better. What a WONDERFUL stay! My three girlfriends and I take a week every year to get together, and found this home on the Web. It turns out that I know the owners very well, and we had the most relaxing, private, leasurely vacation we've ever had. There is plenty of room to gather, but enough room to get away from each other for privacy. The beach, the pool, and the home are all gorgeous, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Problem is...we didn't want to leave the house, and almost didn't at all. It was wonderful. Thanks, Phil and Lisa, for making our stay so wonderful.

What a great vacation. We stayed in July with our 3 sons (10,7,4) and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for providing such an array of beach toys and necessities for your guests. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone agreed that we want to come back again!

If you are looking for the perfect family vacation, you can stop here. This place had what everyone in our family (ages 58 to 3) was looking for. Only thing I would add is a bell on the deck to be able to announce the awsome sunsets.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

What a great place to vacation. Our family had a wonderful time at this fantastic home, The sunsets were picturesque. The place was supplied with linens, towels and lots of amenities that you may forget in your haste to prepare for vacation. The location also affords you easy access to many of the areas local attractions(John's Pass,The Pier, Tropicana Field, etc.) Checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you to Phil and Lisa for making our vacation a memorable one.

Wow!! What a beautiful property on a slice of paradise. We recently stayed at this wonderful townhome with our parents and cousins family (rented the other side as well). The home is well furnished with beautiful appointments. The beach is literally just steps from the terrific pool. Lots of great shade and sun. The beach was not crowded, surf was calm...the kids and adults had a fantastic time. Thanks Phil and Lisa for all the extras. We will definetly stay again. Forrest and Melissa

Phil, Thank you for our Wonderful stay. The townhouse, view, the beach were Awesome! The Pelicans were awesome too! We really loved the sinks in the bathrooms. My husband & I, along w/ our 2 sons and my parents, stayed at this beautiful beach house last May. It was beautiful~ warm & inviting~ and very relaxing. The view was amazing... we actually saw dolphins every day swimming just off shore! The owners did many "extra" things to make our stay very special and made us feel very welcome. We hope to go bakc again~ and would highly recommend to others~

This is a lovely home, far above our expectations for a rental property. The owners have provided every amenity and decorated the place beautifully. The location is superb and you can't beat the swimming pool overlooking the beach! We would stay here again in a minute. Thanks for a great week.

This is a great place to spend a week relaxing and enjoying the beach. The owner has decorated beautifully and provided many extras to make your stay special. The home is in a good location for shopping, restaurants and day trips. We will be back!
