This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps four to six and is a short walk to the Quicksilver lift (Peak 9) and town. Large skylights and windows allow you to wake up with direct views of Breckenridge Mountain from the comfort of your bed!
Renters have access to FOUR HOT TUBS (two indoor and two outdoor), an outdoor heated pool, and a clubhouse just steps away.
Miners Candle is located adjacent to the Hyatt Main Street Station and Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge at the base of Peak 9. Two parking spots are provided (although you will never need to use your car during your stay). Bus stop is less than 50 feet away should you decide to take public transportation to Keystone, A-Basin, or Frisco.

Sleeping arrangements include queen bed in master bedroom, twin bunk beds in second bedroom, and queen pull-out sleeper sofa in living room. All linens are provided as well as soap, dishwasher detergent and paper products! Kitchen contains all cooking supplies you will ever need.

We are the Malasky Family, Danny, Desi, Aspen and Brecka. We love Breckenridge Colorado and all it has to offer everything from mountain biking, hiking, boating, white water rafting, shopping in town and the outlets during the spring summer and fall and of course the skiing during the winter and spring. The mountain offers everything for our family from easy greens for our beginners and black diamonds and Imperial Chairl Lift (the highest chair lift in North America) for our experts. We love spending as much time in Breckenridge as we can.
Why the Owner Chose Miners Candle
Being newlyweds we knew we wanted to have a family so we made location, location ,location our number one priority when looking for a condo. With a growing family in mind we knew we wanted to be not only walking distance to the slopes but also to town. Miners Candle is just a short walk to Peak 9 and only 1 block to town. When we saw our unit for the first time it was very dated and needed a lot of updating but the location and beautiful views of the mountain sold us. We renovated leaving nothing undone bringing the mountain feel inside making the condo our dream vacation spot.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Miners Candle is walking distance to town and Peak 9 making location on the top of the list. We also have a clubhouse with outdoor heated pool, two indoor hot tubs and two outdoor hot tubs but the one thing that makes us different form most is that we are one of the phew that have been completely renovated inside and out leaving nothing undone. We have a beautiful mountain feel with stone fireplace, log and mountain furnishings and beautiful views of the mountains. Our unit also comes fully stocked with all linens, towels, and paper products… we want you to enjoy our unit as much as we do and want your stay to be as comfortable as ours.

We booked our trip on VRBO which was a first for us and we were so pleasantly suprised -- this propety is simply terrific. It was so easy for us and the kids to walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Ski School. Also, it was such a close walk to town. We definately recommend this unit and will be booking again for next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Dear Dan & Desi: Thanks for letting us rent your condo in Breck. We had a great stay and enjoyed your home very much. The skiing was excellent and it was nice to come back to the house, hang out on the balcony, and grille out. Your location is perfect and many nights we walked to town to shop, have dinner, or grab ice cream for the kids. So, thanks for the great destination and place to stay. We look forward to many more! My husband said that we might have to do a warm and cold Spring Break next year as he can't stand the thought of skipping a year in the mountains! Thanks again and we look forward to renting your home again.

My family and I took a last minute trip to Breck and loved this unit. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The unit is beautiful and very clean. We have two small children and loved not having to drive. We could walk to town and to Peak 9. We look forward to renting this unit again.
