If you are looking for a great condo located right on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta - look no more. Our condo has 3 bedrooms and sleeps five. In addition you have two terraces overlooking garden and pool area and beach, ground-level entry - no waiting for an elevator, swimming pool within steps, stacked washer and dryer, two bathrooms decorated with Mexican tile, one king-size bed and one queen-size bed in separate bedrooms, a third bedroom with single bed, remodeled kitchen with loads of counter space, dishwasher, microwave, all small appliances.
Quiet and tranquil setting, television in each bedroom area with English channels, maid service three times per week, wireless Internet from the condo, DVD and CD player with DVDs and CDs for your use.
Situated in the prestigious Conchas Chinas area amidst million dollar homes, sits our condo, directly on the best beach in the area. You view directly onto the pool and garden area of the secure, enclosed courtyard. The beach is directly in front of the complex.
This romantic getaway is within ten minutes walking of Puerto Vallarta's enchanting town, where cobblestone streets are lined with quaint white-washed houses, century-old churches, and an inviting array of restaurants and shops. The night life sizzles, deep-sea fishing is excellent, tennis, and golf are nearby, and signs of interest abound. In addition, you can catch the local bus to Mismaloya or Punta Mita and other areas as they catch your interest. You are on the best beach in the area, and the city beach is very accessible - just ten-fifteen minutes walking away.

- Air Conditioning: Mini splits in each bedroom area. Ceiling fans in all other areas and most of the time, the ocean breeze is sufficient.
- Washer: Westinghouse stack washer - new in 2007- laundry soap furnished.
- Dryer: Westinghouse stack dryer - new in 2007
- Linens Provided: Great linens - 440 thread count for at least one set each bedroom. Bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels - all linens supplied. No need to bring anything with you.
- Off Street Parking: Parking beside or across from carport area.
- Elevator: There is an elevator but you won't need it as our unit is on the ground floor overlooking the pool/garden area.

- King Bed: There is a king bed in the MBR.
- Queen Bed: Queen bed located in second bedroom.
- Twin/Single Bed: The twin bedroom is ideal for the fifth member of your party or as a get away room when you want to be contemplative or read in silence.
- Crib: Can be supplied if prearranged and between October and May.

- Cable/Satellite TV: There are three televisions in the unit - one in each bedroom area. In addition, there is a DVD/VCR player which acts as a complete entertainment center complete with CD player. You will find a music/video/DVD library in the condo.

- Full Kitchen: The kitchen does lack an oven but has a portable roaster that suffices for anything you wish to cook in an oven. Otherwise, it is complete with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: Naturally, the condo is stocked with all utensils one needs to cook up a storm.
- Refrigerator: The refrigerator is fully functional and is an open bar - if you find condiments in it that look good, they are yours to use. New in 2008.
- Dishwasher: Don't wash and dry dishes by hand here - a dishwasher has been conveniently provided for efficient disposal of your dirty dishes/pots/pans.
- Microwave: What would a kitchen be without the option for microwaving.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: The George Foreman electric grill is located on the dining terrace and the cord is stored within - perfect for shrimp or steaks.

- Beachfront: Step out of your unit and through the security gate right onto one of the three Conchas Chinas Beachrd. The views of town, the beach, and the bay are stupendous and beautiful! Watch the nightly fireworks and own the spectacular sunsets.
- Communications
- Telephone: A telephone is in the unit. In addition, we have a callback service hooked up which allows you to make long distance calls at a very reasonable price. More details on this in our informational packet.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): There is wireless Internet access in the condo. You are given the code but encouraged to ask the administrator if it has changed.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Because this is a vacation rental, pets are not acceptable in the unit.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Because the unit is on the ground floor, it is more wheelchair accessible than most units. The only drawback is the two steps necessary to enter the front gate.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We are seeking mature adults and any children must be over age 10.
- Smoking Not Allowed: If smoking is desirable, an extra non-refundable deposit is necessary and then smoking is only allowed on the lanai or elsewhere outside the condo.

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We honeymooned here 20 years ago and fell in love with the town. You can walk the entire town if you wish which is great exercise for old bones. We rented a condo in this beachfront complex for four years for a month or so a year and loved the complex. When we saw a unit was available in 2004, we jumped at it. It is super easy to get to - you just tell the taxi driver Calle Sagitarius. People who reserve this condo get our personally compiled "WHERE TO GO AND WHAT TO DO" list including our favorite dentist.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sleeps five in a king size, a queen and a single bed. The condo has all the kitchen small appliances your need to whip up a sumptuous meal. Plus it has a large George Foreman electric grill on the L.R. Terrace. The unit has two terraces - one from the L.R. and the other from the master bedroom. It sits right on one of the best beaches in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area. We love to walk and it is a short 10 minute hop to the more crowded city beach. We are very involved with the local folkloric dance group and the director is a personal friend of ours. To find out their dance schedule go to the cultural center and ask for the director of the Xiutla dance group.
