HOW TO BOOK:

COMPLEMENTATION ON THE LOCATION:
Villas Sitges Altavista is located in Sitges in the Levantina Urbanization area, a small hill overlooking Sitges with high-end villas and total tranquility.

We recommend a vehicle to raise and lower the urbanization. You can park at the bottom of the urbanization and then go to Sitges walking: Beaches, downtown Sitges, shops, etc ... all a 1 minute drive down the urbanization and 5 minutes walk.

The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, there is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF FEES AND PAYMENTS:

1) You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or by bank transfer.

The Vrbo Assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods. It allows you to use your customer service and assistance during your stay.

2 - Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels for the pool and bath. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc.

This cleaning has a cost of 225 € / week in 2022 and 250 € / week in 2023. The mini cleaning has a cost of 60 € (2 persons / 2 hours).

4 - Tourist tax: 1€ / Adult / Day for the first 7 days.

5 - In low season winter: 800 € for water, lighting and gas based on actual consumption. House heating supplement 300 € / week.

6 - Late arrival: from 8pm to midnight - supplement 45 €.

7 - Late check-in: from 24:99 - surcharge of 70 €.

9 - The price is for a family of maximum 6 persons. For 2 families and up to 8 persons, a supplement of € 1.000 per week. Increase of the guarantee to 1 400 €.
