Why the Owner Chose Victoria
Arnold was working in and commuting to Victoria. Troy and Sarah were living in California and loved to vacation in Victoria. A little condo seemed a good way to help out both sides of the family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It is very convenient. It is right in the heart of the city with all amenities close by. We often park the car and never use it again until we go home.
This is the area of the Inner Harbour we see from the suite. Far views include the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Esquimalt Harbour

We purchased the Condo in 2004 while it was still a developer's concept. The move-in date was February 2006. Arnold and Gail, Troy and Sarah are the owners.
