You will fall in love with the California Reprieve located in the Tannenbaum Resort area. The resort offers a fabulous 18 hole golf course about 1/2 mile from the house. The John Floyd-designed course offers five sets of tees and one of the most challenging layouts in the state; it was rated by Golf Digest as one of the best places to play in 2005-2006. Our convenient location puts the California Reprieve close to world-record trout fishing on the Little Red River, recreation on Greers Ferry Lake, arts, crafts and shopping and other Natural State Golf Trail courses.
This lakefront home sits on the banks of Greers Ferry Lake. Four bedrooms and four baths ensures everyone has their privacy. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and the walkout basement game room has a sleeper sofa. After a full day of boating, relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake.
The home also features: brand new stainless steel appliances, two fireplaces, large game room (full size pool table, full size ping pong table, wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker), hot tub on screened porch, three large lakeside decks (one with ice maker, sink and refrigerator). Everything you would want for a relaxing evening or morning coffee is available.
All water sports are available out the lakefront doors. Swimming, boating and fishing are right out front. Once you, your family and friends experience beautiful Greers Ferry Lake, you will want to return often!

June, July and August/weekly rentals only, but will consider three
night rentals last minute. Oct - March price negotiable.
$25 per reservation processing fee and 9.75% sales tax.
$250 refundable damage deposit
