Location: Prescott, Main Arizona (excludes Phoenix, Tucson & South AZ), Arizona, USA (1.5 hours from Phoenix, close to Sedona, Flagstaff, GCanyon)

Newer, 2700 sq/ft mountain top home with incredible views - perhaps the best in Prescott. This home captializes on the elevation and scenery. Prescott sits at about 5100 feet, with this home only 10 minutes from downtown, at exactly 6000 feet.

See Prescott, Prescott Valley, Sedona and even the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff while cooking inside or relaxing on the sofa. The deck offers even better vantage points! The views are truly incredible and worth the price of the stay alone. The house is above the Hassayampa Golf community for those familiar.

This is a 2 level home with full amenities. They include the large, well appointed master room with King Bed, DVD/CD, a claw foot tub, large shower and private toilet. Guest room features a superb queen pillow top mattress and armoire with room for clothing and more. The third room is great for children with 2 twin beds, plenty of toys, TV/DVD and kids movie library. The twin beds are large enough and of quality for full sized adults. A second bath is also on this level.

The kitchen has full solid wood cabinets and all modern appliances, including coffee and iced tea machines. It is stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. and even a wine fridge. A breakfast table seats 4, and the bar can accomodate 2-4 comfortably.

The connected main room features a double sided fireplace, extra long leather sofa and cigar chair & ottoman and a 42 inch Plasma TV with full DVD library. Again, exceptional views from every vantage point are yours to enjoy!

The dining room seats six, with an extra long table next to the fireplace. There are excellent sunset views to the west from this room. The deck wraps around the North and West of the home. Take a load off enjoy the view and/or cook a meal on the gas barbeque grill.

The lower (ground) level/entrance features a 'reading room' with leather cigar chair and ottoman. Some books are available as well. The third toilet and shower are also downstairs, as is the laundry room.

In an unfinished room downstairs, I have added an air hockey table, foosball and a pool table. This room is UNFINISHED with exposed wood beams, etc., but is connected to the main home on the lower level. Slowly, this room is being converted into a true gameroom/theater.

Outside and in view from the deck is an elevated 'tree house' with bridge and a swing for children's enjoyment.

Not many Prescott homes can have this view, and be within a 10 minute drive of downtown (Whisky Row) or 5 minutes from groceries/gas, etc.

For those coming from Southern California, the home is just off the scenic Hwy 89A which intersects with I10 making this drive no longer than a trip to Phoenix!!!

NOTE: I do not permit pets without prior approval and a non-refundable pet cleaning deposit. I have had two rugs 'marked' when a dog smelled a previous pet and marked over the spot. The fee is to pay for my cleaning service which costs $64/hour with a two-hour minimum.

  • This house is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for adults & kids. Great location, great views,& summertime temp was at least 10-15 degrees cooler than nearby Sedona. Owner was very helpful and courteous. Game room is great & entertaining to both children & adults. We would recommend this home to any family wanting a great getaway.

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property AND the owner of the property. The experience dealing with the owner was quick, easy and a joy. I couldn't ask for a more prompt, communicative person. He went out of his way to help accommodate a last minute vacation (much needed!) for my family. The home itself (and that's what it is, a HOME, not a 'house') was absolutely gorgeous. The gourmet kitchen has a very european feel, and beautiful, warm, cabinetry and appliances. My husband enjoyed grilling on the deck, while watching the stars (with the telescope provided at the property) while my daughter and I baked cookies and made coca. The view is AMAZING! We called the property owner immediatley upon departure to schedule to a week vacation there in May! If you have the opportunity to stay in Prescott, take my advice and stay at this beautiful home.

  • What a great place to stay, beautiful views, beautiful home not far from town. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and some not food you need to bring that! If you have children its awesome because there are lots of toys and a great tree house to play lots and lots of room a see through fireplace very nice. All the towels and sheets etc.. are there for you to use as well as a washer and dryer. A great place to just relax and enjoy views. Luis is great to deal with no problems at all, very nice man. So what are you waiting for??? Get it while its available...Better than staying at a hotel and did I mention lots of movies available to watch, very new ones!!! Any questions feel free to call me.   • This place is more than we expected. The home is tastefully decorated, and includes all of the amenities of home. No corners were cut here - from the stocked kitchen to the toys and videos for our child to the comfy beds. In addition it is cool, peaceful and quiet - a great place to get a bit of work done and relax. The owner showed exceptional hospitality and is great to communicate with. We will most certainly return! OH, and did I mention the view? Phenomenal from here to the Verde Valley and beyond to the SF Peaks. Picture windows of Ponderosa Pine everywhere you look? And it is quiet up here.

  • This is a great place to stay! Owner is very honest and quick to communicate with. Home is very suitable for those with small children; plenty of toys and stairs have a gate. However, be ready to go without T.V. as there is no dish or cable but plenty of dvd's to watch.

  • Absolutely spectacular! Quiet surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, views to die for day AND night, convenient location, and all the amenties of home. There are plenty of things to do in Precott or you can just stay in and do nothing. Both are qually gratifying! Will definitely return!
