My friends and I stayed at this home over a July weekend and had a great time! We land in Phoenix and it's 111 degrees... But in Prescott, and at this home the weather was in the 80s. So that's a huge plus! You can visit here year round. The deck views are unreal - the best I've seen. This house has SO much living space and bedroom space. We ended up hanging out in the basement/game room the majority of the time. The pool table and all the other amenities made it very fun. It's so easy to play your own music off your own iPod or iPhone through the owner's stereo setup. You can also watch movies as easy as you would in your own home. The way everything is set up, you really feel that this is YOUR home for your vacation stay. I wish all VRBO homes made me feel at home like this! If you do not book this home you are making a mistake! The owner is great to work with and really took care of us. When you book this home I personally guarantee that you will get the best treatement and the best deal in town! I hope everyone has as good of a time as we did. Thanks again for letting us stay! BEST PROPERTY IN PRESCOTT

Sorry for the late review - I thought this had already posted. This property is the best deal in the entire Prescott valley. The deck is amazing - fantastic views in all directions- you feel like the whole valley is yours yet less t,hen 10 mins to downtown Prescott and the wonderful collection of original (NO CHAINS) resturants and bars. Grocery store Safeway three minutes away. House is incredibly nice with Internet and a fantastic selection of movies - the master bathtub is amazing with views from it - take a soak and relax. Great kitchen and stove - I consider it really nice when a rental has a full compliment of pots pan dishes - cooked every night and the pottery barn kitchen table is so nice to sit sit at and the more formal dining room table had great windows for afternoon/ early evening light and you can still see out to the deck. The other upstairs bath is cute ". The owners children have their handprints set in the tile -- really nice touches everywhere. Downstairs game room was lots of fun with access to outside (this was before it was finished so I am sure it is even nicer right now). Great walking trails just up the hill from the house - javelins and wildlife everywhere around the property. Nice grassy area on the side of the house for dogs - also to throw a football around. Quiet street -- location is amazing great views at sunset of the whole valley. For extended stays and gym nuts: YMCA has fantastic facility 10 mins away that is month to month ir daily includes giant indoor water slide. For native Phoenicians - less than hour twenty minutes to downtown -- I worked a couple days during my extended stay and it was easy with light traffic to get back --- finally owner is amazingly nice helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Pictures do not do this property justice --- why deal with some remote cabin and jerk property management company when you could rent directly from owner who actually CARES about his property and keeps it in top shape for your enjoyment.

This house is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for adults & kids. Great location, great views,& summertime temp was at least 10-15 degrees cooler than nearby Sedona. Owner was very helpful and courteous. Game room is great & entertaining to both children & adults. We would recommend this home to any family wanting a great getaway.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property AND the owner of the property. The experience dealing with the owner was quick, easy and a joy. I couldn't ask for a more prompt, communicative person. He went out of his way to help accommodate a last minute vacation (much needed!) for my family. The home itself (and that's what it is, a HOME, not a 'house') was absolutely gorgeous. The gourmet kitchen has a very european feel, and beautiful, warm, cabinetry and appliances. My husband enjoyed grilling on the deck, while watching the stars (with the telescope provided at the property) while my daughter and I baked cookies and made coca. The view is AMAZING! We called the property owner immediatley upon departure to schedule to a week vacation there in May! If you have the opportunity to stay in Prescott, take my advice and stay at this beautiful home.

Based on previous user's comments & the description of the place we had very high expectations once we rented.... I am thrilled to say that on every single count (views, cleanliness, location, comfort, amenities, etc. etc.) OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE MET, or in most cases, EXCEEDED - what a great place!!....and an owner who is honest, upfront and quick to communicate and easy to reach. Already looking forward to returning and we just left this morning!!

What a great place to stay, beautiful views, beautiful home not far from town. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and some not food you need to bring that! If you have children its awesome because there are lots of toys and a great tree house to play lots and lots of room a see through fireplace very nice. All the towels and sheets etc.. are there for you to use as well as a washer and dryer. A great place to just relax and enjoy views. Luis is great to deal with no problems at all, very nice man. So what are you waiting for??? Get it while its available...Better than staying at a hotel and did I mention lots of movies available to watch, very new ones!!! Any questions feel free to call me. This place is more than we expected. The home is tastefully decorated, and includes all of the amenities of home. No corners were cut here - from the stocked kitchen to the toys and videos for our child to the comfy beds. In addition it is cool, peaceful and quiet - a great place to get a bit of work done and relax. The owner showed exceptional hospitality and is great to communicate with. We will most certainly return! OH, and did I mention the view? Phenomenal from here to the Verde Valley and beyond to the SF Peaks. Picture windows of Ponderosa Pine everywhere you look? And it is quiet up here.

This is a great place to stay! Owner is very honest and quick to communicate with. Home is very suitable for those with small children; plenty of toys and stairs have a gate. However, be ready to go without T.V. as there is no dish or cable but plenty of dvd's to watch.

Absolutely spectacular! Quiet surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, views to die for day AND night, convenient location, and all the amenties of home. There are plenty of things to do in Precott or you can just stay in and do nothing. Both are qually gratifying! Will definitely return!
