Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
I bought the condo on Treasure Island's Sunset Beach because it is close to all the action, but in a quiet residential neighborhood with only a two lane, no outlet, residential street running by. The location can't be beat and there is a beautiful park about 4 blocks away that is stunning! It has showers, bathrooms, playground, and the most beautiful views of the white sand beach!
The Unique Benefits at this Ground Floor Condominium
I don't want to brag, but people say that my unit is the nicest condo in the building. I do furnish it with very high end items and this means that we do not make a profit and go into the "red" most years, since we like to spend a lot of money on a high end designer look. Guests have even swore that my unit is larger than others, but all 30 in the building are exactly the same size!
