25% Deposit is due at time of reservation to hold the date, balance in full is
due 1 month prior to arrival.
12% Florida State Lodging Tax and $65 Cleaning Fee are required in addition to
Rental Fee.
Full refund, minus $55 Reservation Fee, if cancelled more than 1 month prior to
arrival.
No refund if reservation is cancelled less than 1 month prior to arrival.
