A lovely, comfortable home that is well appointed. The kitchen was remodeled and designed for a gourmet cook. The deck is 10' x 40', secluded and enjoys plenty of shade and sun at various times throughout the day as well as a peaceful quiet. The property is surrounded by unique tree specimens which draw a variety of bird species throughout the season.
The partially secluded front yard contains a horseshoe pit. There is a custom built outdoor cedar shower which can be enjoyed in the evening lit by tiki torches and candles. The bike path is less than 1/4 mi. from the house and a walk to downtown is approximately 3/4 mi.
The basement was completely renovated in 2011 and includes 3 built-in bunks, a pull out twin sofa, a gas fireplace and a flat screen tv. In addition, the house has central air-conditioning.
Please note that you will need to provide your own towels and linens. Comforters and blankets are provided.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was extremely comfortable and clean with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is very well appointed. Our kids loved the basement space. The owner was very pleasant to work with and very responsive. Location was convenient and close to bike path. We have nothing but positive things to say.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My family and I have been staying in this house for 4 years now in the summer. It could not be any more perfect!! Amazing setting and location, house is roomy and very well kept and the owner is really efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our family would strongly recommend this house and are positive you would create amazing memories here!!
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
