Our three bedroom, two and a half bath, Queens Grant villa offers a picturesque view on the outside and an equally charming home on the inside. OUR VILLA IS A TRUE 3 BR, 2000 SQ FEET, AND CAN ACCOMODATE YOUR WHOLE FAMILY WITHOUT FEELING CROWDED. NOT ALL 3 BR IN QUEENS GRANT ARE THIS SIZE. WE ARE IN THE SECTION OF QUEENS GRANT THAT IS CLOSEST TO THE BEACH, A FIVE MINUTE WALK.


INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL ARE 2 BIKES, 6 SAND CHAIRS, 4 BOOGIE BOARDS, A WHEELED COOLER, A WAVE KAYAK, SKIM BOARD , FISHING POLES AND CRABBING EQUIPMENT. THE UNIT HAS WIRELESS INTERNET SO BRING YOUR LAPTOP AND KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FRIENDS,FAMILY AND BUSINESS. OUR VILLA ALSO HAS A GREAT SELECTION OF BOOKS. BEST SELLING AUTHORS, FICTION AND NON. JUST THINK OF ALL THE THINGS YOU WON'T HAVE TO PACK!



The two-story foyer, with its lovely tiled flooring, is the main entrance providing access to the second floor stairway, the kitchen, the living/dining room, and a convenient powder room. The tiled flooring extends into the fully equipped kitchen which has a door to the service court, and both a door and a pass through window to the dining room.

The adjacent living/dining room features a separate dining area with tile flooring and a table with seating for 6. The spacious living room is carpeted and has a comfortable seating group for 8 and an entertainment center with LCD TV with a DVR and DVD. A nice feature is the full-wall window that includes a slider door to the outside deck offering a tranquil landscaped view.

The deck is just steps away from one of the 5 pools at the resort, and a walking path along the golf course.Just off of the living room is the master bedroom, which has a king size bed with memory foam topper,a TV, double closets, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. This room also has a slider door providing access to the large deck.As you can see by our photos our deck has a picturesque view which ever way you look. It is completely private and very quiet. There is a gas grill available if you shoul feel ambitious. Everything you need to cook a great meal is in the kitchen including the magarita glasses!

On the second floor, a balcony landing overlooks the entrance foyer and leads to the two guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has two twin beds. They share a connecting bath with a bathtub.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the three miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, three golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under Highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall. The Queens Grant section of the resort has an five on-site pools.

"How close to the beach are you?" is the most often asked question we receive. The condominium is located just a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean and Beach.WE ARE IN THE SECTION OF QUEEN'S GRANT THAT IS CLOSEST TO THE OCEAN, A FIVE MINUTE WALK. There are three championship golf courses in Palmetto Dunes Resort; the Robert Trent Jones golf course borders our villa. In this short block, you will find a Five-Star Restaurant, general store, and an outdoor outfitter with bikes, kayaks, and much more.

Our unit has been newly painted and decorated. It is our second home, and we have made it comfortable for OUR needs. We hope to share it with you.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay in this villa. The location is ideal - close to tennis and the beach. It was a great launching point for exploring the island, then coming back to plenty of space to relax and unwind. The deck was a real plus - sun or shade most of the day - loved starting with breakfast on the deck and catching up on reading. We were grateful for the use of beach chairs and umbrella. This place combines comfort and a great location for a wonderful Hilton Head stay.

  • This is our 8th year to go to Hilton Head and we usually stay in a smaller place. We needed a much bigger place this year because we had 4 teenagers going. This was a wonderful place with plenty of room. Having the pool so close was a plus and the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. It was so nice to have all of the beach chairs and the boogy boards that were provided. The condo felt like home away from home. Can't wait to go back.

  • This was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved every minute. This villa is so warm and welcoming that we started to relax the minute we arrived. It is spacious and we loved all the little touches that make it feel like home. The beds are comfortable and it is so quiet you feel you are in the middle of nowhere when actually you are near the beach, the golfing, the bike trails, even the store. Thank you Mike and Cathy for having the chairs and other items available. It made it so easy. The only hard part was the leaving!

  • This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved it. The condo more than met our needs - it had all the amenities we could ask for, it was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and felt very much like a home away from home. Much better than your average rental! Having the pool so close was a huge plus for our children and riding bikes to the beach was a treat. Where else can you sit in your beach chair and watch the dolphins swimming offshore? We hope to go back to Hilton Head and would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks so much!!

  • Our stay at the Giblin's home was wonderful! The pool is right out the back door; we usually had it to ourselves! We especially liked all the shade in Queen's Grant. The house was just as stated in the VRBO description. We really enjoyed our vacation!
