This lovely beach house, located on 1/2 acre of landscaped grounds, overlooks the gentle surf of Playa Cofresi on the North Shore of the Dominican Republic. The house boasts a wonderful, large wrap-around porch which is ideal for parties or simply relaxing with a good book and some rum. You will enjoy our large private swimming pool and veranda in the back yard as well as our smaller sitting pool for non-swimmers or those who prefer to lounge in the water. Of course, the full-time maid will cook, clean and do laundry, so you have to worry about . . . Anything!

Playa Cofresi plays host to many international visitors. This area offers a wonderful place to relax among a mix of friendly Dominican citizens as well as North American and European tourists and ex-patriots. There are also great restaurants within walking distance.

  • We recently spent a week at this property and had a wonderful time. The house is situated convenient to the beach and has beautifully maintained grounds. The house, grounds, and pool area are in perfect condition and provide great privacy in the middle of this small town. The staff that are employed at the house are helpful, pleasant and first rate. This is a can't miss rental!
