We fell in love with Falling Waters for the lush landscaping and the resort feeling you get as soon as you enter through the gates. Tropical flowers and watefalls through out the complex.
And no where in florida is a pool area as beautiful as ours, with waterfalls in the center of the pool and lush landscaping surrond the pool sitting area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our home is just 8 minutes to the beaches and charming down town Naples. If you can tear yourself away from the beautiful pool, there is the Naples Zoo and sightseeing tours within minutes of our condo. In the evening you can relax on our lanai and listen to the relaxing sounds of waterfalls,
a beautiful place to vacation!

Let me introduce ourselves, we are Bob and Judy Schmidt, married for 41 years and have traveled worldwide until we found Falling Waters in Naples. We are in business together so we cannot spend the time we would like to in our lovely vacation home.

WE HAVE JUST PURCHASED THE BEAUTIFUL CONDO AT FALLING WATERS AND WE LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL LUSH LANDSCAPING AND SERENE SETTING. WE HOPE OUR FUTURE RENTORS WILL EXPERIENCE THE SAME FEELINGS. THE CONDO IS DECORATED AS IF WE OURSELVES WERE THERE EVERY DAY. NEW AND VERY COMFORTABLE. ENJOY!
