Enjoy comfortable living in this 1300-square-foot, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located in the center of north Scottsdale’s commercial and recreational area. Walk to fine restaurants, or 27 holes of championship golf at Kierland’s Troon Golf Club. If shopping is on your mind, take a short 15-minute walk through the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa to Kierland Commons. There you will find everything from the finest men’s and women’s apparel to home furnishings.
Our condominium, built in 2000, is fully furnished and decorated. It has sleeping for up to six adults with accommodations easily converted from single to king size beds. It has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There are complete laundry facilities, so you can pack light.
With over 300 days of sun a year and mild winter days, the average January high is 68 degrees, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale area lets you take full advantage of outdoor activities. The large, common pool/hot tub/exercise area lets you kick back and relax in the warm Arizona sunshine. On those hot summer days, enjoy the cooling mist system that surrounds the pool area. If you are in the hiking mood you can take any number of mountain hikes. One we enjoy is Black Mountain just north in Cave Creek.
