Photo 1 - Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental You will not be disappointed when you choose to stay in this beautifully and professionally decorated condominium. With its great beach view through the floor to ceiling plantation shutters to the palm trees and beach themes carried throughout, you will feel as if you have arrived in a tropical paradise. Nine foot ceilings, crown molding, ceramic tile (carpet in bedrooms) all compliment the decor you will enjoy during your stay. Beautiful sunsets abound on the forty foot long balcony accessible from the family room or Master bedroom. The condominium is located centrally on the eighth floor of this gated property and strategically located to avoid congested traffic during peak seasons. You will no doubt appreciate the covered parking garage during the hot summer months. Amusement parks, miniature golf, entertainment, and restaurants are all within walking distance if you choose to stay close to home. Hi-speed internet is included free of charge both in the condo and wireless internet is available at poolside. Two large pools (one is heated seasonally), two hot tubs, one kid's pool and two large pavillions for grilling and dining are all part of the recreation area at oceanside. The beach is only a few steps away. Beach Service is included with the rental fee. We are so glad you are considering a stay with us. Our unit is exceptionally clean and we hope you will help us keep it in great shape so we can all continue to enjoy it for years to come. We do ask that you abide by the conditions of the rental agreement. Specifically, absolutely no smoking (inside or on balcony) and no pets. If you have members of your group who smoke, please consider choosing another unit to rent. The $300 security deposit (increased during spring break) is due at the time you book your vacation date and must be received within ten days to hold your reservation. We will also email you the rental agreement at that time to return with your deposit. The deposit will be returned within ten days of your departure upon inspection of the unit. The balance of the weekly rental amount is due one month prior to your arrival. A minimum of one month is required for cancellation.
