This two bedroom, two bathroom, Townhouse built in 2007 is minutes from the Backlot of Disney. It is located in the Town of Windermere where many celebrities such as Tiger Woods and Shaquel O'Neil reside. It is located directly across from a lake with beautiful and unobstructed views.

The recreation center is also directly across the street from the unit where you can work out, swim, or have a party in the large community center. Flat screen TV's and surround sound in the home will entertain you as you watch your favorite movie.A Screened in porch between the kitchen and garage is ideal for relaxation without insects and ideal for pets to roam free.

All of the attractions in the Orlando area are approximately 7 miles from the Townhouse.
Oelando Airport is a 30 minute drive away – or less if the traffic is not thick. A trip to the Tampa area has Ybor City, Busch Gardens, and a huge Aquarium that are impressive to your aged children. St. Petersburg has the Dali Museum, the Gardens, and a number of other sites age-appropriate to your children. Tampa and St. Petersburg are easily accessible to your family during the week as day excursions. Tarpon Springs is slightly a 2 1/2 hr. day trip – the sponge fishing and Greek food and culture there are worth a 2½ hr.day trip.
For the serious Golfer, all major Golf coures and driving ranges are within a short drive from the Townhouse.
For the serious shopper ,a new Super Mall ,5 minutes from the Townhouse, offers a wide variety of clothing ,Lenox ,electronics ,food courts ,restaurants and home goods stores.
