Moon Lake House is an extraordinary luxury home with three king master suites and two twin bedrooms. The heated pool and spa are about 50 feet from Moon Lake. The Moon Lake House can best be described by its luxury and extreme comfort, quiteness and privacy. This is because the vacation home sits almost by its self and there are several common areas remote from each other within the villa.
Moon Lake House is a short ten minutes from Disney Amusement Parks and 20 minutes from Universal theme Parks. The villa is also close to numerous golf courses, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. We have free long distance calls from the villa to locations throughout the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and 29 countries in Europe; offer discount coupons for playing golf at the nearby Orange Lake Resort; and provide a welcome gift of $50 worth of groceries delivered to the villa at the time of your arrival.
Located on the first floor, the first master suite is 45' long and has a king bed, two walk-in closets, and a sitting room. Its bathroom has a large soaking tub under a romantic block window. It also has a shower and two sinks. Located on the second floor, the second master suite is 24' x 22' and has a king bed, queen and double sofa beds, and a sitting area. It also has a private shower and sink. Since it is located upstairs, it is ideal for a family or friendly group. Located on the first floor, the third master suite has a king bed, and semi-private bath with tub and sink. The two remaining bedrooms on the first floor each have two twin beds and share a hallway bath.
Moon Lake House is wheelchair accessible. It also has many safety features including smoke detectors, security system, and pool alarm. It is located within Formosa Gardens, a prestigious gated community The villa has central air conditioning and heat.
The open kitchen is great for cooking and spending time with others. It is furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a coffee maker, bean grinder, and tea pot. The Office Center has a small round conference table with four chairs, and a desk with a computer with wireless broadband Internet access along with fax machine, copier, printer and scanner.
We understand the difficulty traveling with families, so we provide a playpen for sleeping, stroller, and high chair. For your entertainment, there are flat screen cable TV's and DVD/VCR combos in the bedrooms and main areas. The game room has an X-Box Game System, pool table, air hockey table, and board games. The lanai and heated pool and spa are nestled up next to Moon Lake. The 15' x 15' sun deck is fantastic for sunbathing or playing in the sun. Outdoor furniture is fantastic for sitting by the pool. You can enjoy meals grilled on the barbecue grill. A pool alarm chimes when pool doors are opened, alerting you if children wander outside on their own.

Why the Owner Chose Formosa Gardens Estate
The Moon Lake House was the model home to about 135 homes built in the prestigious, gated community, Formosa Gardens Estates. It has a unique style by virtue of its design and interior decoration, courtesy of the builder. When George and Arlene bought the home in 2004, they improved the interior decoration with their experienced tweaking. Moon Lake House is extremely well situated in an area that is dotted with, but conveniently distant from, a growing restaurant and shopping community and with the near proximity to Disney, Universal, and many other Orlando area entertainment attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Moon Lake House is an extremely quiet, private, and comfortable luxury villa. With its pool and lanai situated right alongside Moon Lake, we really have come to enjoy its nature attractions associated with the lake. The lake derives its name from the fact that the Moon arises right above the far side of the lake during about five of the waxing and waning full Moon phases. With the Moon's twinkling sheen across the water of Moon Lake and the Moon's bright round bigness rising above the lake is surely something to behold.

The Moon Lake House is owned and managed by one great Husband and wife, George Clark and Arlene Maynard. George graduated from The Ohio State University Dental school, spent over 23 yrs. in the United States Naval Dental Corps, 12 years as Director of Professional Affairs of a major Drug Company, and, more recently, a real estate entrepreneur as a New Jersey Mortgage Banker, Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, and investor along with his dear wife, Arlene. Arlene has been very active in an allied real estate field in New Jersey for over 40 years as a title searcher, licensed Title Insurance Producer, and owner of a Title Insurance Company, Liberty Abstract.
The Moon Lake House is very dear to George and Arlene and is more than a second home to them as you will find out if you choose to stay at their precious Villa along Moon Lake. It is a beautiful home to come home to.
