Recently ranked as Florida’s #1 beach by Dr Beach! , you’ll enjoy a private stretch of Crescent Beach with its powdery white sand of pure quartz crystal. Even on the hottest days you can walk the beach without burning your feet!
This spacious ground-floor unit sits on a quiet pond with a soothing fountain, and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and shell paths. Soon the lanai will become your favorite spot, where you can have your meals, read, or simply enjoy the birds and water views. Relax in air-conditioned comfort or open the windows and invite in the refreshing Gulf air. You’ll enjoy the feeling of privacy amid this quiet setting and enjoy the golden setting sun reflected on the pond and surrounding buildings.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and generous bath. The second bedroom has two full size beds and its own bath, with walk-in closet, tub and shower. The comfortable living and dining areas are light and airy; the kitchen is well-equipped and has a separate eating area. New Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher and ceramice top stove. All rooms have new LCD TV's.The unit has its own brand new washer and dryer. All showers have new shower doors and have been regrouted. All windows have plantation shutters. New bedroom furniture throughout as well as new lounge furniture throughout. There is a garage attached to the property also. There is wireless access to the internet, just bring your laptop along with you!
Two heated pools and an exercise room provide on-site activities. In the office you’ll have free wi-fi for your laptop, or you can use a computer and printer there. You can borrow tennis racquets and balls to play on our courts, and the clubhouse (with comfortable seating and kitchen facilities) can be reserved for gatherings and celebrations. Barbeque grills and picnic areas are also available.
You can walk across the street and down a path to beautiful Crescent Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Nearby there are abundant opportunities for active fun, such as volleyball, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, or golf…and for the quieter pleasures of shopping, visiting art galleries and museums, or dining at an astounding assortment of local restaurants. You’ll be close enough to charming Siesta Village to enjoy the restaurants and pubs, the shops, the bands and the dancing. Or you can simply slip back home for total peace and quiet.
You’ll be embraced by balmy breezes and delighted by the egrets, herons, and pelicans that fly by or land here to rest awhile. Quiet, private, and absolutely paradise! Accessible by car, or served by the Sarasota/Bradenton and Tampa airports.

My wife and I have stayed at many condos in Siesta Key this is amongst the best tastefully appointed.The location is good with pleasant pool area's that are quiet and clean, You can access the beach by crossing the road and walking through the beachside complex about a 5 minutes walk if that. We enjoyed the Lanai room you can see the pond with a water fountain its relaxing and private not overlooked.A big plus is the internet access so good to have when you are away from home to keep in contact with friends and family. The owners were good to work with answered our questions in a timely professional manner. My wife and I would stay here again no problem. Thanks.

Fantastic condo on Siesta Key!
I stayed here in August 2012 First time in this condo, I normally stay next door which is the same owners as this condo. No problems booking Great amenites in the condo Condo is very clean and has everythng in it you could possible need. Love the new kitchen with the granite counter tops (same kitchen as 1291 Weather was great Loved sitting in the lanai with my cup of tea and watching the birds. I found it especially helpful as there are no stairs, and a garage attached to the unit. Loved the location to the beach, and the pool area. I would certainly recommend this property, also I should mention that the owner was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had as I said before I had stayed next door but on this occasion next door was booked so I took this unit and was not disappointed.

What a dreadful experience!
What a dreadful experience!
Despite the sliders not opening on the lanai and a cockroach in the bathroom this is a nice condo. Unfortunately the female owner is particularly unpleasant to deal with. We had no working waste disposal or dishwasher for the third week of our stay. Considerable disruption was caused to our vacation with endless phone calls from her and various repairmen. This culminated in the changing of our plans to accommodate them, for them to either fail to turn up or make the matter worse when they did. Despite going through the process of trying to fix the problem on the phone with her husband and doing everything he said, the d/w still did not work. Knowing this however, she is still making us pay for the callout! Stay elsewhere there are far nicer properties and far more decent owners.

Owner response: In our defense the tenant had no contact with the female owner except via email and the male owner spoke with the tenants husband on two occasions. The first occasion was when the tenants were unable to operate the brand new Blue Ray player. The owner spoke with the tenant at his cost to explain how to operate the Blue Ray player and never heard about the Blue Ray Player again. After the tenant had spent 12 nights in the unit the owners received an e mail indicating that the garbage disposal had backed up. The male owner spoke with the tenant to ask if the sink was also clogged to which the response was no. A repairman was contacted and asked to get in touch with the tenant to arrange a mutually agreeable time to repair the problem. When the repairman arrived what was discovered was that the drain pipe was clogged and that was the only problem. The tenant was also informed to run the dishwasher through a complete cycle since it had been stopped in mid cycle. The tenant then sent an e mail stating that the dishwasher still did not work, followed by another e mail stating that they did nothing wrong to clog the sink or damage the dishwasher and requested part of their rent money for us having ruined their vacation by having a repairman contact them. It has been and will still continue to be our policy that we would never have a stranger in our tenants apartment to repair something without the tenant being given the opportunity to be present. When a different repairman was called out to the unit he found the dishwasher completely functional. So we paid $169 to unclog the sink she clogged,,,, sinks do not clog by themselves and then we paid $65 to be told that the dishwasher is fine. We felt it fair to deduct the $65 for the unnecessary call for a broken dishwasher and the tenant thinks we are being unfair. I should also mention that the tenant never mentioned a problem with a lanai sliding door or an insect found in the bathroom. Anyone who lives or rents in Florida realizes that they are outnumbered by the insects 100 to 1 so if finding an insect bothers you, then Florida is not the place to go. In the course of three years we the owners have spared no expense to update and renovate our unit, including the use of granite, and marble in various rooms.
We have stayed in this unit several times and the moment you walk in the door you feel that you are at home. The decor is lovely yet comfortable. Always look forward to our next visit.
