Beautiful, easy access ground floor condominium at PGA National Resort. This four diamond resort has been totally renovated this year. The resort and Member’s club have undergone a multimillion dollar update that includes a new pool area, new restaurants & lobby, a new Member’s dining room and more. Our bright end unit includes an eat-in kitchen (new glass top range and refrigerator January 2008) and full size laundry room. Many of the older villas have a small waher/dryer in the kitchen. Your rental includes a charter club membership for the entire family. NO GREENS FEES - pay only a $24 cart fee for golf. Use of 19 tennis courts, health club, and croquet lawns are included in the membership with no additional fees. Be sure not to miss the 40,000 square foot European spa.

MASTER BATH REMODELED - December, 2008.

You can choose from five championship golf courses including "The Champion" (no surcharge), designed by Jack Nicklaus and site of the HONDA CLASSIC. This course has hosted the Ryder Cup Matches, PGA Championship, and Senior PGA Championship. Four additional courses include an Arnold Palmer design that underwent a 2007 update and a Tom Fazio masterpiece. Membership gives you access to the private Members Club dining room and bar, a members-only locker room and full use of resort facilities.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen stereo TV, stereo with CD player, DVD and VCR. Each bedroom also has a TV. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a full-size double and daybed. A fold-out cot is included for an extra guest. All linens are included.

Wireless high speed cable internet access is available.

Our location is among the most convenient within PGA National. Only 50 feet of lawn separate you from the Villa pool. The driving range, practice areas, Members Club, Pro Shop, tennis facilities and fitness center are less than a 5 minute walk. PGA National Golf Academy is also located on the grounds.
