My husband and I, with our 2 adult daughters were absolutely in heaven as we spent a week in this lovely home. The listing description was certainly inviting but did not really show the beauty, warmth, charm, and attractive spaciousness of this home. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, updated, and comfortable for all of us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this amazing house to anyone. We have visited Hilton Head many times, but had not stayed in such a nice location or home before. We will return to this setting again. Excellent in every way!!

This is a beautiful home that has all designer finishes and plenty of room for 2 families. It is even nicer than pictured. The master bath is fantastic and the pool is a nice size. Not too far from the beach (about a 7 minute walk or a 2 minute ride using the beach shuttle that picks up at your front door). Located on a quiet street perfect for bike riding with young children. The owners are great to work with, and we can't wait to return to the house next year.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway.

We were at 31 Haul Away for a week, and it was great! It's a luxurious but comfortable home, with every amenity you could want. The master bathroom, especially the shower, must be experienced. Each bedroom is its own space, so that our 3 adult sons and their (1) wife and (2) girlfriends had plenty of privacy. The location on the island is also ideal, an easy and short drive to anywhere you want to go. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, although the kitchen and gas grill are perfect for eating in. You should definitely consider renting this house; we simply loved it.

Our family of six adults and one two-year-old had a fantastic time at this home over Thanksgiving week. The home was spotless and had everything we could need. The location is perfect for enjoying all of the HHI activities -- golf, biking, kayaking, beach and everything else. Very short walk to the beach and we rented bikes from the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters for getting around Palmetto Dunes. Thanks again for such an amazing stay.

A Magical Week!!

My husband and I, our two sons and their wives stayed at 31 Haul Away during my niece's October wedding festivities. The events were centered at the Dunes House, and at a house very close to the beach. We were in easy walking distance to everything!! The walk itself was fun, as we went past gorgeous homes on lush, tree-lined streets. The house itself was perfect for us. Each couple had their own space. The bathrooms were great, especially the Master! The top area is glassed in, so you can see all those beautiful trees as you shower in a large tiled area with all kinds of shower heads! The kitchen is large and very modern adjoining a great TV room with an awesome view of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. It was fun to sit around the pool and watch the golfers come through. You can see all the way from the tee-box to the green! We absolutely loved this house, and hope to come back again soon!!!!!!!

Our "Girls Beach House".........four years running........

This house is our "girls beach house" getaway!!! We fell in love with this house four years ago when we stayed for our first time here. We've been back every year!!! The house is in an extremely peaceful neighborhood where everyone is super friendly. Safe to jog, walk, ride your bike or stroll your kiddos. Spacious house and bedrooms.....great bathrooms (especially the master shower...WOW!!!)....excellent views....awesome pool!!! Close enough to the mall and supermarkets and several restaurants that you don't have to drive forever to get there....yet you'd never know how close they really are while relaxing in the house or by the pool!! Super place to stay a week or weekend (or the entire month....I wish!!!) Great for families or a girls getaway!!! The owners are very nice and are always available (or have someone that will be) to answer any questions that you may have or any problems that might occur while you are there. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!!! :O)

This house was not only beautiful, but it was very clean! Very nicely updated with beautiful, spacious bathrooms. Street was quiet and house had a big driveway with a basketball goal. Kids also enjoyed running through the sprinkler system! View of golf course tee box was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and the nice Weber gas grill. This house couldn't have been any more perfect! Excited for our next trip back. Highly recommend this one!

This house was even better than we expected; it was awesome! Very affordable bike rentals were in the residential area only a few blocks away. You can bike home from there and they picked them up our last day. We used them for travel back and forth to the beach although we saw many who did not mind the 10 minute walk - and it is a lovely walk. Turn left on the street at the beach access for a shady bike ride on a lovely bike path going by gorgeous homes. Riding bikes on the beach, be sure to go into the wind first or coming back will be a tough surprise! We had to do ice cream on the porch at the general store on three of the bike rides. Having a pool on your patio with a view of the tee for hole #2 was fun for the golfers in our family. We loved our 3 family (6 adults, 4 kids) vacation at this house!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. We've been going to Palmetto Dunes for five years running and this was our favorite house so far! It was perfect for our group and the pool was great. We enjoyed watching the golfers sweat while we lounged and swam. The kitchen was fabulous and the kids loved the bunk beds with their own TV!

We rented this house the second week of May 2010 with our family and it was wonderful! The home was immaculate and beautiful! You cannot go wrong with this great house. I love to walk on the beach each morning and it took me about 7 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach access daily. My kids loved the pool and enjoyed it each morning and evening. Perfect vacation and perfect house!

We had an outstanding stay at this property. With 4 adults and 6 kids we had plenty of room and the accomodations were very new and well maintained. The pool was great for kids (and adults) and the rest of the house was very comfortable. We will definitely look to stay in this house again.

I went on a short vacation with a group of girlfriends. We comfortably fit 10 ladies in the house. Just a short jaunt to the beach. Everything was very neat, clean, and modern. HIghly recommend this property.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20+ years and this was by far the nicest vacation home. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the week. The owners have done a beautiful job of renovating it. The home is beautiful, immaculately cleaned, was well suited to our needs and centrally located to so many restaurants and activities. The adults especially enjoyed having coffee in the mornings by the pool and watching the golfers tee off. We have recommended this property to our friends and, hopefully, will return next year for another wonderful vacation.

We have been going to HHI for 16 years and this home was voted our favorite. It was very clean and neat and the floor plan was great. The location was wonderful, just a short bike ride to the beach. And the view of the golf course was fantastic. Our grandchildren enjoy the pool every afternoon, which was very relaxing after a day at the beach. We can hardly wait until we can return for another visit. We highly recommend this home!
