This 3100 square foot luxury home is located 2 doors down from excellent trails.. Great for cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking & biking!!

The Unique Benefits at this 3100 Square Foot Home
The home is situated, about 100 feet from trails which take you all the way to Fallen Leaf Lake. The neighborhood is quite, yet just down the street from bike trails running along the Lake, and just down the road from Ski Resorts and Casinos.
Great trails for hiking/biking/snow shoeing/cross country. Also, a fenced in area is great for kids to snow sled.
