Small comfortable and elegant apartment with a marvellous original fresco, in a historic noble Palace, in the centre of Cortona, three minutes on foot to the main street Via Nazionale. It is situated in the upper part of Cortona and cars have no access. An ideal apartment for two people, right in the centre of the town.
The Apt.has a double-glazing window in the bedroom.
It is in a central position and there is a lovely little courtyard shared with other apartments.
It is comprised of two rooms plus bathroom. First room: kitchen/diner with table and chairs/living room with sofa and a huge decorated fireplace. Second room: bedroom with a fabulous original fresco, overlooking a small square where there is a good town restaurant "IL TEMPERO." You will fee you are "living the history" or better living in the history when Cortona was an important inspiration source for Renaissance Artists.
Independent city gas heating. The apartment is for rent all year round. Decorated in typical Tuscan Style, with an incredible huge fresco in the bedroom and a lovely decorated fireplace. Furnished with great care and attention but at the same time functional. Under attentive Tuscan Magic management.
