  My friends and I rented this unit for our fall break. From now on, we will never stay anywhere else. It was perfect! The unit was very clean and well-kept. We loved how spacious it was and the fact that it was beachfront. The weather was not very warm the entire time so the indoor lazy river, pool, and hot tub were wonderful! I look forward to renting this unit again in the future.

  We have four family stay at this property for one week. We really enjoyed our stay and like the oceanfront and the pool. it is great for the family having kids.

  We enjoyed a fantastic week with our family here in this condo. The unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and quiet. The description of the unit is accurate. A few items to note when planning to stay here - there are no ceiling fans in the unit so if you are someone who needs to have air stirring you will need to bring a fan (I always travel with one). The thermostats are set so that they cannot go below 70 degrees and if you open the balcony doors for more than 3 minutes the air system in the unit shuts off. (I found I managed with the fan pointed at me when I slept since I am used to sleeping in a room that is 64 degrees). If you have a mid-sized to large vehicle you will find the parking garage tight and be ready to back up if you meet a vehicle coming the opposite direction. The upper levels of the parking garage have more spaces to park - we found backing into the spaces and then getting your vehicle as close to the wall so that it didn't stick out into the driving space the best way to park and for getting out. (We had an F-150 and tried to not drive in and out of the garage with it as we had family with other vehicles there that were smaller and easier to manuever in the garage). I found the owner of this unit to be very easy to work with and communicate with. The back bedroom was great for my mother who needed quiet and rest - she said she didn't hear the kids who slept in the middle bedrooms. This unit is also very convenient to the elevators. We found the front desk very helpful in checking in, assisting with parking passes, cards for the unit and in helping us when the batteries in the key card reader needed to be replaced so that we could get into the unit. The kids loved the lazy river and pool. We would definitely consider this unit again if we needed 4 bedrooms! We enjoyed Big Daddys at the corner of Business 17 and 17th Ave - great early bird prices. Our nephew loved the pizza at Scoobys at the entrance to the parking garage - and the fact that is was open til midnight!!

  I stayed at this unit the first of March. It was a great stay. The unit was VERY clean and provided plenty of space. Loved each room having their own TV, Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer was a nice addition. Free WIFI was great. The facilities are well kept and clean. nice pools and lazy river. Working with the owner was no problem. Very nice and easy to deal with. We certainly will come back to this unit.

  My Mother, 4 sisters and I have just returned from our stay at Doug's home. The condo is even better than described, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends. God blessed us with beautiful weather and our vacation was perfect, we didn't want to leave. If you like to read and forget to take a book, there are wonderful novels at the condo. We will definitely stay here again.

  Super nice, large unit. Perfectly clean, and in one of the best locations on the beach. Everything was modern and in excellent condition. I would stay there again anytime.

  This is the perfect vacation gathering! We have stayed in this unit several times and I can recommend this unit for any size crowd. The unit is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful! The fourth bedroom is a welcomed addition to an already spacious floor plan. The pools are very nice and the lazy river is an extra bonus for the kids. We enjoy the fitness center as well as the lawn chairs that overlook the beautiful beach. The owner is extremely accommodating and he will make booking your vacation an enjoyable experience.

  We stayed here for the last week. Convenient to the beach and locations in town. Pools clean and well maintained, the kids loved them. Staff at the Grand Atlantic were friendly, helpful and most accomodating. Unit clean, superficially, just don't look to close around the edges. Parking in garage was quite a challenge, small spaces, poor traffic flow, lots of pillars - be very careful and you will be alright. Owner was not particularly helpful with information on the area - asked several times, no response. Emailed during our stay with a few concerns, no response. Luckily, no major problems. "Linens provided" meant 10 small towels and washclothes and bed linens. We had to go out and buy more towels and wash the others frequently to keep up with showers. For a unit billed to sleep 14-16, kitchen was not well supplied with large enough pots or enough silverware for a larger group. We washed forks half way through each meal. As usual for a rental, bring your own sharp knives if you cook. No cutting boards will lead to counter damage. Overall, we had a great time, layout is good, location good, staff very good. Did get trapped in the elevator for about 15 minutes (on a 98 degree day - not so fun) Great ice cream at Scooby's, pizza at Mama Mia's and fish at Mrs Fish downtown.

  This property was beautiful. The room was very clean and well maintained. It was exactly as described in the online listing. Location is great to get to all local activities. Pools are all great. Loved the lazy river. We had family ranging in age from 5 to 68 and everyone had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend anyone staying in the area to consider this property. Had a great dinner at the Original Benjamins Seafood Restaurant. Make sure to get and use the many coupon books available.

  My entire family stayed at the Grand Atlantic. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. There were a few utensils that would have been helpful to have in the kitchen and the knives were very dull. There are 4 pools and they were all great! My kids enjoyed swimming every day. This facility is right on the beach and we liked that the beach ws not overcrowded. The hotel next door had a restaurant (Creek Ratz) that would deliver to our room. Good food! There is a Dairy Mart across the street for any essentials you may have forgot or just to get some ice cream. We tried getting ahold of the owner twice during our vacation with no response. Other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed the facility!
