Mazatlan Beachfront Condo ***New Low Low Rates***
- Minimum stay:5-28 nights
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
We are located right on the beach, in the newer part of Mazatlan, that allows for fun filled days, yet peaceful nights, for star gazing on the balcony and listening to the waves as they crash on the beach. Approximately 1/2 mile from your door is an incredible water park, with slides, pools and a lazy river.
The resort is perfect for couples and families looking for a relaxing vacation. Just five minutes north of the El Cid Marina and the restaurants, shops and activities of the busy Golden Zone, it is situated just far enough away to be insulated from the commotion and congestion of the downtown tourist areas. The bus to all downtown locations stops at the entrance to the complex or a cab or open-air pulmonia can be called for you anytime.
68 channels of English speaking TV is offered for your pleasure with a plasma screen in your bedroom.
So here’s the deal:
My wife & I call ourselves PROFESSIONAL VACATIONERS since we vacation a lot. When we travel we usually stay in condos since it offers the best bang for the buck. After so many years of staying in condos we have an idea of what’s good and what’s not so good.
When we travel we like to have a kitchen with everything you need for cooking a nice meal and throwing a Margarita party if we choose. We both like to watch TV some in the evening so a good TV is important to us. Some of the nicest places provide a movie library and books to read as well. Comfortable furniture is important so we made that a priority. Internet, music etc. Basically when we travel we like to have all the comforts of home plus a beautiful pool, beach and weather.
This is what we will attempt to provide for you if you choose to stay with us. A home away from home. Not a hotel room with a kitchen but instead a nice comfortable space to hang out in… to read a long book or watch a movie or prepare a nice meal for someone you love. A place to be rejuvenated.
Give us a try. It won’t be bad and we hope it will very good.
Enjoy

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is big, 2 bathrooms a bonus- Ocean waves to fall asleep to. Pool area quiet relaxed- beach was not at all crowded- Highly recommended- we would stay there again:)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you so much for your kind review. We love it there as well. Richard

This is a very cold and drafty condo, we had to use paper towels to block the wind coming thru the cracks around the air-conditioners. The kitchen was okay but the cheapest plates etc. also cheap furniture, not what we were used to in Mexico. There is no view unless you lean over the balcony and no table either to sit outside at with drinks. We would not recommend this condo, but probably okay for very short term rentals.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
Owner response: I'm at a loss for words. We have only had glowing feedback up to this point. There are more expensive locations a guest could rent if they are looking for 5 star I guess. I believe our description and past guest comments are more accurate. Thanks Richard

Susan and Richard Thank You for sharing your wonderful piece of Paradise! We've vacationed in Mazatlan often. This was our most relaxing stay so far. We thought we'd be a little adventurous and learn the bus routes, so we headed out one day for the aquarium not knowing where to get off, we ended up at the bus barn at the south end of town! We had a good laugh with the bus driver, he put us on another bus that took us back where we needed to go. Your unit was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean. The pool and grounds were spotless also. Our new favorite place to eat is Playa Bruja. I'm really going to miss those shrimp! Thanks again. John & Rene Owner comment: The bus driver is so Mazatlan... I love the people down there!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was very confortable. The only problem we had was with the lighting. Mostly in the kitchen area. We had the opportunity to see a turtle laying it's eggs on the beach, with lots of security to make sure the eggs were safe. 91 in total were collected. A very unique experience. Carole & Phil Calgary Owner Comment: Thanks for lighting a fire under my butt about the lighting. I've always noticed the kitchen lighting as well but after a few days of Mexico I settle in and kind of forget about it. Well, It is fixed. You can actually read a can label in there now.LOL!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Thank you so much for opening up your condo for rent. We have had a glorious 10 day stay- very relaxing and full of gorgeous sunsets. The location of Quintas Del Mar is ideal. Isolated enough to be quiet & away from the crowds, but close enough ( by a cheap bus ride) to the action & good restaurants. We will definitely be back. It would have been great if the pool was up and running but even without it we had a nice relaxing week. My advise to other guests is to be real careful when going in the ocean directly in front of the steps. I got caught in a undertow and almost bit it. Nice and quiet here and we really enjoyed your Video collection and watching Rich Man Poor Man again. Thanks! Donna & Lanny Calgary Owner Comment: Sorry about that undertow Lanny. It is very important to look at the flags that are posted on the beach each day. They indicate the relative safety of the ocean that day. RichardDid you find this review helpful? We enjoyed your condo & Mazatlan as much this year as we did last year. We have left you a small gift. It is a replica of a lobster trap that is used in our area. Maynard's uncle made this. Maynard & CherylDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We wish to thank you very much for opening your home to our family! We have had an excellent week. Far enough away from the Golden Zone to just relax, yet close enough to take in Mazatlan and all it has to offer. It was neat to see the dolphins out front playing this morning, a great way to end our time here! if our travels bring us back, we will be calling you for sure! About the owner: We love to vacation in Mazatlan
Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan:
I love Mazatlan. The people who live in Mazatlan just seem more laid back back and less pushy than else where. I think it is because Mazatlan doesn't receive government sponsored tourist dollars like some other tourist destinations in Mexico.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Peace and Quiet and a huge beach that I can walk for miles.
