From your porch, you can watch the dolphins play in the marina or you can watch boats cruise up the intercoastal, as the sun sets in the distance.
Welcome to this beautiful, newly painted and newly furnished, second floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a luxurious California king size bed, a beautiful view of the marina and a large sliding glass door that leads out to the screened-in porch. The master bedroom has a full bath and a large walk-in closet.
The spare bedroom comes complete with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, coffee pot, toaster, blender and a full compliment of dishes, glassware and cooking pots and pans. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
All rooms have ceiling fans to compliment the central air conditioning.
The complex comes complete with a heated pool, club house and tennis courts. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are very friendly.
Nestled between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, 20 minutes in either direction, Flagler Beach offers up many local favorite stops for food and drink. If fishing is your desire, we are a walk up to the ocean and minutes from the famous Flagler Pier. Golf courses are plentiful in the area. Local attractions also include the Flagler Auditorium, which hosts the best in drama, music and dance. Friday hosts a Farmers’ Market, where you can shop for fresh veggies and baked goods. Explore Flagler County’s parks and preserves, which offer numerous recreational opportunities, from a walk on the beach or a stroll on a nature trail to boating, picnicking, camping, horseback riding and more.
If there is more that you are looking for, then you are an hour drive to Orlando and two hours from Cape Canaveral.
