Our executive villa, 'Oyster Cay' has a fantastic lakefront location in the highly regarded community of Formosa Garden Estates, which is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. Uninterrupted lake views make the unique pool and spa area a wonderful place to relax. Inside Oyster Cay has nearly 3500sq ft of air-conditioned space for your family spread out, to enjoy the games room or the ten seat movie theatre.
Oyster Cay has 6 bedrooms (including a family suite) and 4 bathrooms. From September 2013 Oyster Cay will have 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and be able to accommodate 13 guests in real comfort.
The first master suite has its own private sitting area overlooking the pool area as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom and shower area. The other bedrooms downstairs include a King bedroom and a kids bunk bedroom which is furnished in a Disney theme and can sleep 3. Also downstairs, there is a Queen bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs we have a twin bedroom and the family master suite which has a King bed and two children’s beds. From September 2013 the accommodation upstairs will consist of a King master suite and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
As well as a large family room and a sitting room there is a breakfast nook and dining room. The kitchen and laundry areas have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
Our games room has a pool table, foosball (table football) and if you have any energy left there is an exercise bike to help you stay in shape. The movie theatre has a 108” screen and fantastic surround sound for the ultimate movies at home experience.
Oyster Cay has a custom 38ftx26ft swimming pool and large spa surrounded by a specially designed, extended deck. The pool area is in the sun from the morning right through to sunset and there are lots of chairs and loungers for everyone to enjoy the sun. If you fancy a break from the heat you can relax under the lanai in the shade with it’s own cable TV and ceiling fan. There is a table and chairs as well as a gas bbq grill for alfresco dining.
Oyster Cay has an Xbox 360 with games and DVDs. We also provide a baby package consisting of a stroller, baby rocker, baby monitors, high chair and a pack and play crib.
Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
If you are looking for accommodation for a larger party we also have other homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

Just spent a week with a party of 11. Had a great time. Owner very kindly provided us with a waffle maker, which was of great success avery breakfast. The villa is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool with its palm trees and the hot jacuzzi. The house was immaculately cleaned and will all agreed it was a fantastic house.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

A fantastic time was had by all on our recent trip. Oyster Cay provided our group with a superb base and we found it to be an extremely enjoyable and relaxing experience. We did need to contact the property management company at one point in regard to the air conditioning. Our feedback would be that the company were extremely professional and efficient and arranged for someone to come onsite and resolve ASAP. We all can not wait until our next stay and will definitely be looking to book one of Philip's properties again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
