This vacation getaway, with local original artwork, lends a Caribbean-inspired atmosphere with beachy tropical colors throughout. Breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. Ciboney is across the street from your own private deeded beach, famous for its wide expanse of powder white sand and emerald sea.

Walking distance to Pompano Joe's - a famous local fish house and bar right on the beach. Very close conveniences within walking distance as well; local coffee house, Internet cafe, gas station, etc. Short drive to grocery and pharmacy, and easy access to Destin.

Sleeps eight comfortably, having three bedrooms, which includes a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a fold out queen sleeper couch in the main room. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with pillow top. The guest bedroom has one queen-size bed. The bunk room has two single beds. There are two full bathrooms.

Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. Swimming pool (shared). Tennis courts.

Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia.

  • Our stay at the Ciboney Condo was a great experience. The place was right across the street from the beach. We could see the beach from our balcony. Ciboney was located right next to an area that did not have any beach front condos or homes. This made the beach in the area less crowded. On the beach when I looked along the coast, I could see a much bigger crowds where there were high beach front condos. Dave Ross and Cindy Laughter, the owner of the condo, was kind enough to leave beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and body boards in the condo. This saved us the trouble of packing or buying these items. It was a real bonus. I bookmarked this place so I can rent it again for my next Destin trip.

It is great to be able to walk out the front door, and have immediate access to the beach, where we took many long walks.   • The condo is even nicer than the pictures suggest! It is very clean and is our favorite in the Ciboney development. The owner is very pleasant to rent from and the location is excellent; no high-rise buildings nearby, yet it is still close to attractions that we enjoy in the area.

  • Dear Dave and Cindy: We loved staying in your condo, this past March 2008. The accomodations were so cheerful and comfortable, and the location is great. The Destin beach is like none other, with its white sands and emerald green water. Our walks on the beach, were so pleasant and relaxing. There are so many good resturants in the area, and quite a few within walking distance. The shopping in Destin is more than we could ask for, with many of the best stores and discount centers. Destin, Florida, is indeed a wonderful place to spend our vacation. Thanks for providing us with such a nice place to stay, on our vacation. Joan & Larry

  • Our first family vacation with just the 3 of us was the best yet. As soon as we walked into our room we all felt at home. Everything was perfectly placed and well cleaned. We could walk out the balcony doors to see and hear the ocean. We also met several people that were all very friendly. My 3 year old son enjoyed the pool most of all, including us. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.
