Master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third one has two twin beds. TVs in every bedroom and living room Spacious living room with queen sleeper. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Wet bar and formal dining room.
Beautifully furnished, including all linens. Full washer and dryer in the unit. And a 30-foot deep-water boat slip in a protected harbour. Over 30 foot boat slip available for an extra fee. Immediate bay access and quick ocean access via Channel Two and Channel Five bridges. A marina is located across the harbour with gas, diesel and bait.
On premises a heated pool with jetted spa, two lighted tennis courts, club house with fitness center and a tiki hut for entertaining.
Our condo is one of only a few units on the island permitted for rental stays less than one month.
