Watch the sunrise from the spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This brand new three bedroom, two and-a-half bath condominium sleeps eight people. Master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third one has two twin beds. TVs in every bedroom and living room Spacious living room with queen sleeper. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Wet bar and formal dining room.
Beautifully furnished, including all linens. Full washer and dryer in the unit. And a 30-foot deep-water boat slip in a protected harbour. Over 30 foot boat slip available for an extra fee. Immediate bay access and quick ocean access via Channel Two and Channel Five bridges. A marina is located across the harbour with gas, diesel and bait.
On premises a heated pool with jetted spa, two lighted tennis courts, club house with fitness center and a tiki hut for entertaining.
Our condo is one of only a few units on the island permitted for rental stays less than one month.

My family just returned from a week long stay here in Islamorada and had a wonderful time. The condo is as fabulous as the pictures, in fact, even better! We had everything we needed, and then some. The view of the Atlantic was exceptional and we spent a great deal of time out on the screened patio enjoying it and the weather. We were regularly visited by a manatee, which our kids just loved! The pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and were only steps from the condo. We were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids and we had more than enough room. Our transaction was seamless and efficient, and our deposit was returned promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend this property to our family and friends. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us! We'll never forget our visit!
