Welcome to our luxurious new home here in Surfside Beach, known as "the family beach". The house is just completed last fall and fully funished for new guests. Inside you will find high demand features such as granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, a professionally designed furniture package and also a private pool for our guests to enjoy. All this with a great balcony to sit and relax.
The layout has the master on the first floor with a king, private balcony, and bath. Upstairs is bedroom 2 with a king, private bath, and balcony. Bedroom 3 has 2 fulls and private bath. Bedroom 4 has a queen and private bath, and balcony.
Surfside beach is just minutes away from Myrtle Beach and all it has to offer but is still far enough away to feel like you are not in the middle of it. There is a live theater (Legends in Concert) only six blocks away and many restaurants to enjoy. Murrells Inlet is 10 minutes away known as the seafood capital of South Carolina. You will find a public beach access only a couple hundred feet from the front door of our home. Our home is located on Seventh Avenue North only six blocks from the Surfside pier, also. There you can enjoy fishing or dining or entertainment with many bars in the area. Bikers be ready to have fun as we welcome bikers and have plenty of parking underneath our new home.
