Location: Ocean Shores, Washington State, USA (Located half way from downtown Ocean Shores and the Jetty)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

Need a Romantic getaway or family vacation, this is just the place-The playhouse. Just 2.5 hours from Seattle and 3 hours from Portland.

Very unique, colorful cabin just one block off the beach has drive on access one block to the North and walk on access trail one block to the South.

Kitchen has everything including dishwasher, oven/stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave and spices. Large open living space with panoramic windows on the West side facing the ocean with a peek-a-boo view. Dining room seats 10-12 comfortably and living room has large open floor plan also.

Master bedroom, The Safari Room, has a king size bed. Second bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with one twin and double on the bottom also has a pull out mattress. Downstairs open floor plan has one double bed and one queen. Washer and dryer is included.

Enjoy a dvd or vcr from our library inside and the firepit outside.

  • Our weekend was great. The house has plenty of room. We had four couples there and drew for rooms. We won the Safari Room and the bed is really comfortable. Kitche has all they necessary equipment. The place is very colorful! We had a great time, thanks so much for allowing us to use your home.

  • We had a GREAT time at the house. The layout was perfect for the two adults and five children and everyone had private space when they needed it. Our time was made all the more special when we were treated to a mama and baby Orca whale within 20 yards of the jetty who were feasting on Sea Lions. Kids had a blast and we will be back again!

  • A fantastic place for our girls' getaway weekend! This beach house accomodated all 14 of us, including a 5-month-old infant, very comfortably. LOVED the huge dining room table and open floor plan - gave us room to spread out while still all together. The ocean did not cooperate in terms of surfing, so the living room was a great space to pile up and watch surfing movies. We still managed to stroll to the beach and enjoy games of frisbee, long walks, and toe-dips in the chilly north Pacific. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

  • What a cool place! We are moving back to colorado soon and wanted to treat our kids to a memorable weekend with their best friends. Mission accomplished! Enjoyed the wonderful colors, and family feel of the house! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and then come back together to gather at the huge dining table, comfortable deck, or inviting fire pit!

  • Just returned from a very fun, memorable time at this warm and cheery beach house. It was a "Turning 40" girls' weekend with 11 amazing friends. The house was perfect for our Ocean Shores adventure. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather around the big kitchen table to enjoy gourmet meals and each other. Our walks to the beach to play soccer and throw the nerf football around were a couple highlights. This is definitely a great location for all ages to enjoy.
