  There were 6 of us girls that stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and the condo was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, get ready and hangout in the condo. I booked the unit and all the girls kept telling me how much they enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately the weather was awful and raining all weekend so at least the condo was fun for us to be in. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. Raphael was in contact with me so everything was easy and convenient. The Flamingo was a short walk to Lincoln Road where there are shops and restaurants. I definitely don't recommend having a car - there was always a taxi available at the taxi stand right in front of The Flamingo. I visit South Beach all the time and I would definitely rent a unit from Raphael again!

  We stayed at the Flamingo at the beginning of September 2011 for ten days and had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. And the Flamingo is in a great location: it's quiet, but it's only five minutes on foot from Lincoln Road! If you plan to stay in Miami Beach, you really don't even need a car to get around. I would recommend this apartment and the Flamingo.

  an amazing place to balance the good times with some quiet time. The apartment is perfectly at reach to some of the best locations, but still has the privacy and quietness to rest for the next day. The hosts were the most professional, helpful and kind..the place perfect.. and experience..priceless.. I would recommend this space to anyone who is respectful of their hosts..and wants to have a great time..the pools and the surroundings are self sufficient..but if you want more..your a walk or a cab away..can't wait of go back..

• Miami galore!

  Flying in for a week of sun, sea, sand and fun, we were greeted into the appartment by the owner and family within half an hour of our ariplane landing. Excellent building, with stunning views of downtown Miami. Just minutes away of all the action. Taxis stop 24 hours just outside the building but walking to Ocean Drive takes you just 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely value for money, so why wait and just book now! Raphael, thank you for all!

  Four of us stayed for a week at this property in South Beach. It was the perfect location - 15 minute walking distance to the Beach, Clubs etc, was very clean and VERY comfortable. We didn't have to deal with party noise as we were away from the strip - was generally very quiet. This place has a fully equipped kitchen so when you're tired of eating out you can cook your favorite meals or just do your own breakfasts and live large once you head out. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean - each with it's own TV and cable - and two separate bathrooms. I have to say too that the beds were so comfortable - first rate on the choices made there. What was especially nice is that this is a dog friendly property and my little dog fully enjoyed all of the amenitites. There were no worries with respect to my dog - when normally when I travel he's all I'm concerned about - and whether or not someone is going to kick us out. It's a home away from home literally. There are two gorgeous pools right on the bay and two lovely cabannas...It's very peaceful. We saw a tarpin (dolphin) that visited near to the resort on a daily basis. The folks you ran into there at this place were all friendly and happy. I would and most likely will return to this rental next year and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice time away with the full amenities of home.

  Hi. A few weeks ago we were on vacation in Miami Vero, Meli, Giselle and I, four girls from Argentina. We rented an apartment in this complex and we are very happy. Is very well situated in a very nice, quiet and safe. The resort is very pretty, and has a beautiful view, we could enjoy all its services. The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful and clean. We recommend it because it really is excellent, we had no problem with recruitment through the Internet and both Raphael and Francisco were very kind to us and had a friendly service. Hope to get back out there some day soon !!!... Greetings from Argentina!.

  Some friends, my wife, and I came down for the boat show and decided, heck, we'd stick around for 10 days, relaxing by the beach, enjoying the sights, and maybe getting some fishing in there. I'd never booked a vacation rental before, but it seemed like a cheaper and better alternative to a hotel, at least for that long. This listing sounded pretty legitimate so I inquired, booked online a couple of days later, and I'm very glad I did. The rooms were very attractive and well-stocked, and the Flamingo was a dream. Mr. Rivero was a pleasure to deal with, and was easily reached whenever I had a doubt (rare these days, it's sad to say.) He'll be hearing from us again whenever the wife and I get another chance to slip down South for another Show... hopefully sooner rather than later...

  The condo is excellent, extremely clean and neat and with modern furnishings. It is located in the Flamingo South Beach, which is set in beautiful gardens and there are pools and an area where you can sunbathe. The Flamingo faces across the bay to downtown Miami. The location is not on the strip (meaning not right on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road) but about 5 minutes walking to Ocean Drive. The good thing is that along the way (down Lincoln Rd.) there's plenty of shopping to be done and the entire vibe of South Beach is felt. Ocean Dr. itself is generally very expensive and crowded, so for us this was a great option and we had no problems walking around, even late. Mr. Rivero was extremely friendly and helpful and responded promptly to all my questions via email correspondence. He sent me a rental agreement and I paid a deposit which was refunded to me within a couple of weeks of my departure so, in my opinion, I had no hassles. Cancellation policy:

HOUSEKEEPING There will be no loud or large parties in the apartment or on the premise. All listed will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors. This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $75.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit. The whirlpool tubs and pools are provided for the enjoyment of adult guests. Keep children away from the tub unless there is constant adult supervision. Check-in time is no earlier than 3 pm ET. There is only a 5-hour window to completely clean the unit and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early. Checkout time is no later than 12 pm ET the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at 10 a.m. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night‘s stay. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost, and with your approval, deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense. You be responsible for all damage, breakage and /or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed by Managers of Property) which may result from Occupancy. You agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, etc., other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay, or may put in during the term of the lease, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception. We shall not be liable to you, your guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Tenant shall hold Owner and Managers harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot, beach or community and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, his guess, licensees or invitees. House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction. If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges. Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If we cannot, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
