This Crystal river home has been set up for comfort. Come sit on the swings by the white water river that runs along the property boundaries or hike through the National forest and Mt. Sopris in the back yard. Enjoy viewing the wildlife, bear, bighorn sheep, elk, deer, eagles and more as you walk along the three mile dirt road that runs along the river and leads to the property.
Come home to enjoy a warm fireplace, soft velvet sofas and big roomy armchairs. This home is custom-made in rich golds, deep reds and soft sage greens. Tapestries, goose downs and warm brass accents add to the ambiance. In the summer, turn out the lights and fall asleep to the rushing of the river after a long soak in the outdoor jacuzzi beneath the starlit sky. - Included with the rental is a fully stocked pantry,laundry and linens,toiletry supplies. Meal prep services, baby sitting services, pet sitting services, daily maid service and jeeping tours with picnic available for extra cost
- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: We LOVE dogs!, "HOWEVER" we are insistent that pets be friendly to other animals and people,freshly cleaned (48 hrs prior to arrival),no fleas,housebroken,well mannered,able to stay off furniture no clawing doors or chewing or barking and basically well behaved. Please make sure your pet fits within these guidelines. Limit 2 w/o charge. Over 2 will be charged $25.00 per day per pet. Pet owners are expected to pay for any pet damages period. Any animals not within guideline will be asked to relocate to a local kennel close to the area where you can drop off and pick up dogs on a daily basis. Sorry no kitties, the cougar eats them!
