Welcome to my vacation condo in Incline Village. I charge a little more, because our place is nicer and I want responsible renters who will take care of the condo like I would. When you rent, you can expect a clean, comfortable setting. I stay here myself much of the year, so I want it to be as nice for you as it is for me!
Everything you need is located here. In the summer you can enjoy the pool in the complex or lake which is down the street (I include private beach passes for summer rentals). In the winter, there is skiing. Casinos are 5 minutes away!
Located in one of the most prestigious areas in Tahoe on the North Shore, Incline Village is centrally located between Reno and Tahoe's South Shore. Private beaches, golf, walking and biking paths, and a large recreational facility with an indoor swimming pool are just a few of the special amenities that the quiet town of Incline Village has to offer. You're in a perfect location to explore all of Lake Tahoe; casinos, golf, and skiing are all located within three-quarter of a mile.
There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths with two queen beds and two bunkbeds sleeping eight guests comfortably. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning services in between guests. We are meticulous about keeping the unit clean since we stay there ourselves! There is a competition foosball table in the living room for family fun!
DSL is installed with wireless or ethernet access free to renters...for those of you who can't get away from work or email!

- VERY CLOSE TO LAKE TAHOE WITH LAKE ACTIVITIES. Adjacent to Incline Village championship golf course. 5 minute drive to the stateline casinos as well. I will include private beach passes for guests in the summer!
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Daily Rate $200/nt
Weekly Rate:Nov-Mar $1000/wk, Apr-Aug $1200/wk, Sept-Oct $800/wk
Plus $150 per week Cleaning Fee per stay
Security deposit of $300 which will be mailed back or ripped up after
check out date assuming no damage or excess cleaning charges.
No "extra" charges - it will be as stated here.
Christmas and New Years will be $1500/wk
I may discount for stays > 1 week

I chose this rental because it claimed to be well maintained and it certainly was. We are an active family and running from the condo down to Lake Shore Drive was our daily routine -the location was perfect for us. The owner was helpful and prompt in answering my questions. We would want to stay here again next time we are in Lake Tahoe.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Our family and friends were very pleased with the comfortable and spacious accommodations of your condo. It also offered a very well equipped kitchen, and entertainment facilities. Two very comfy queen beds. Bunks not terrific for an adult. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Wonderful to have access to pool and sauna. Nice sharp knives for cooking too! Bring a hair dryer with you.
