Welcome to my vacation condo in Incline Village. Everything you need is located here. In the summer you can enjoy the pool in the complex or lake which is down the street (I include private beach passes for summer rentals). In the winter, there is skiing. Casinos are 5 minutes away!

Located in one of the most prestigious areas in Tahoe on the North Shore, Incline Village is centrally located between Reno and Tahoe's South Shore. Private beaches, golf, tennis, walking and biking paths, and a large recreational facility with an indoor swimming pool are just a few of the special amenities that the quiet town of Incline Village has to offer. You're in a perfect location to explore all of Lake Tahoe; casinos, golf, and skiing are all located within three-quarter of a mile.

There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths with two queen beds and two bunkbeds sleeping eight guests comfortably. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning services in between guests. We are meticulous about keeping the unit clean since we stay there ourselves!

DSL is installed with wireless or ethernet access free to renters...for those of you who can't get away from work or meail!

Plus $120 per week Cleaning Fee
Rates may vary during holidays.
Security deposit of $300 which will be mailed back or ripped up after
