The Sea Shell condo is located in the cozy 19 unit Sunset Cottages complex on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is “Gulf Side”, just 100 yards from the sand, so no roads to cross and you can be relaxing on the beach in minutes!

You will love your spectular 2nd floor views of the “sugar sand beaches and emerald waters” of the Gulf from the many windows and 2 balconies. Inside there is a spacious 800 sq.ft. for you to lounge and relax which includes; large great room, large bedroom and bath, recently built in 2000. The décor reminds you of the soft relaxing colors of the sand and sea, and of course Sea Shells.

Combine your awesome views with the ocean breeze and there is no better way for you to spend the evening after a day of fun in the sun.

The large great room includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table that seats up to 6 people, and living area. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, tv with full cable, dvd/vcr, and a stereo. The great room has two large windows and french doors opening onto a second balcony with views of the Gulf.

The large bedroom has its own private additional entrance to the bathroom, a king-size bed with a top of the line pillow-top mattress, tv with dvd/vcr and full cable, and a private balcony. There is a spacious hallway with built-in twin bunk beds.

The condo can sleep up to six people.


The unit is equipped with washer, dryer, blow dryer, ironing board, and iron. Many other basic supplies are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The Sunset Cottages complex has a private pool with restrooms, outside shower and a large deck area for chillin and grillin.

The condo is located just minutes away from great family entertainment including: amusement parks, boating excursions, charter fishing, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, golf, go-carts, The Gulfaruim, mini-golf, parasailing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, scuba and snorkeling, watercraft rentals, Big Kahuna's Water Park and some of the best restaurants and seafood anywhere!

  • The "Sea Shell" Condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach, and still have your privacy. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay that more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to the Sea Shell in the near future.

  • We loved our stay at the 'Sea Shell' March 14-20th. The condo far exceeded our expectation as the internet does not do it justice. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean and the short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again.

  • Our stay could not have been more perfect the week of 4/25 - 5/1/09. The condo was very comfortable and accomodating and the weather was perfect. NO RAIN for 7 days. I would recommend the condo to all my friends and family and would like to say working with Lisa was a pleasure. She made our stay most enjoyable and we hope to visit again in the near future.

  • We truly enjoyed the beach and our stay at the Sea Shell. The condo was very well taken care of and worked well for our family of six. We went for our late spring break and the beach was not crowded. While the water was cold, it was beautiful! Lisa was helpful and easy to work with. We would recommend this area and the Sea Shell. We hope to return soon!

  • We stayed at the Seashell for our very first, long-awaited family vacation and truly enjoyed it! While the kids were still in bed sleeping in the morning, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the gulf. While the weather was a little cooler than we thought it would be, the condo was awesome and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable! Great family-oriented beach and condo unit! We are planning on coming back again next year!

  • My daughter and I had an incredible week in the sun at the Sea Shell for early Spring Break. The view from the balconys was great. We layed out by the pool and enjoyed meeting the neighbors. We were both able to visit with friends we had not seen since we moved from the area four years ago. The condo itself was exactly as advertised, clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything from a coffee pot to beach umbrella and chairs. We will definitely return in the near future.

  • We stayed at the "Sea Shell" the month of February 2009. While the weather was a little cooler then what we were hopping for, the sun was out all but 2 days. The sun alone was worth the trip! The condo was extremely confortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and a georgeous view of the beach an ocean. Would we stay again? You betcha!

  • Well, this marks the 3rd time in as many years that Leah and I have spent late September at the Sea Shell. We were engaged there in 2006, married there in 2007, and celebrated one year of wedded bliss there in 2008. Once again, we couldn't ask for a better setting for a relaxing week away from the relative hustle and bustle of our daily routines. The weather was absolutely picture-perfect, and the amenities were, as usual, exactly what we needed. expect to hear from us again next year!! Thanks Lisa!!
