The Sea Shell condo is located in the cozy 19 unit Sunset Cottages complex on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. It is “Gulf Side”, just 100 yards from the sand, so no roads to cross and you can be relaxing on the beach in minutes!

You will love your spectular 2nd floor views of the “sugar sand beaches and emerald waters” of the Gulf from the many windows and 2 balconies. Inside there is a spacious 800 sq.ft. for you to lounge and relax which includes; large great room, large bedroom and bath, recently built in 2000. The décor reminds you of the soft relaxing colors of the sand and sea, and of course Sea Shells.

Combine your awesome views with the ocean breeze and there is no better way for you to spend the evening after a day of fun in the sun.

The large great room includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table that seats up to 6 people, and living area. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, tv with full cable, dvd/vcr, and a stereo. The great room has two large windows and french doors opening onto a second balcony with views of the Gulf.

The large bedroom has its own private additional entrance to the bathroom, a king-size bed with a top of the line pillow-top mattress, tv with dvd/vcr and full cable, and a private balcony. There is a spacious hallway with built-in twin bunk beds.

The condo can sleep up to six people.


The unit is equipped with washer, dryer, blow dryer, ironing board, and iron. Many other basic supplies are provided for your comfort and convenience.

The Sunset Cottages complex has a private pool with restrooms, outside shower and a large deck area for chillin and grillin.

The condo is located just minutes away from great family entertainment including: amusement parks, boating excursions, charter fishing, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, golf, go-carts, The Gulfaruim, mini-golf, parasailing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, scuba and snorkeling, watercraft rentals, Big Kahuna's Water Park and some of the best restaurants and seafood anywhere!

  • I spent nearly a week at the Seashell with my husband, my sister and her daughter in early August 2009. We really enjoyed our stay there. The condo was very nice, and clean. The kitchen fully stocked! Lisa was a delight to work with. The weather was wonderful and the beach very close. We appreciated the lounge chairs, cooler and umbrella which were available in the condo, so we did not have to pay the expensive rentals on the beach. Lisa takes very good care of her property and we appreciated how neat everything was inside the condo. Destin is just a few minutes away and a fun place to go to after the beach. I hope to come back.

The Sea Shell was in a perfect location, and the pool was a great touch for the kids. Thank you to the Clasen Family for helping my family have one last great vacation as a family of 4.

  • Our stay at the Sea Shell was awesome. I vacation in Florida every year around the first weekend in August. I have stayed at several units in Sunset Cottages and so far I would have to say this one is the best. Thank You Clasens for a wonderful time on Okaloosa Island in Sunset Cottages.

  • I had excellent time in your condo. Everything was decorated with sea shells and very clean. It's not right on the beach but close enough to go back for lunch or go get some drink. Beach was beautiful! You can not find nice condo with that price you charged this time of the year.also, Lisa was keeping up with us and I feel so bad that you called me back middle of night to check on us. Lisa, you are awesome! I will come back again.! thank you very much Lisa. See you next year.(maybe this year again) Masumi

  • We enjoyed our stay (June 18-22) at the Sea Shell Condo. The Sea Shell was close enough to the beach and all amenities yet in a quiet area of Ft. Walton Beach. The condo was well furnished, quiet and relaxing. We would recommend staying here and we are alrady looking forward to our next trip.

  • We had a wonderful time at the "Sea Shell" June 30 - July 4, 2009. We went to the beach for several reasons, a 17th B-day, daughter graduating nursing school and a much needed vacation. We had a great vacation and all the kids agree that we have to go back next summer, or sooner.

  • We had a great time during our stay at the Sea Shell, nice Gulf View and short walk to the beach. Our kids also enjoyed the community pool and making friends with other renters. The location for us is perfect, short drive into Destin to enjoy mini golf, go carts, restaurants and shopping.

  • The "Sea Shell" Condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach, and still have your privacy. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay that more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to the Sea Shell in the near future.
