Our villa was personally designed and furnished by ourselves making it unique. It is fully air-conditioned and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms with private pool and extended pool deck.
We have also had solar pool heat installed which makes a big difference to the water temperature compared to a pool without solar pool heat. However, please consider paying the additonal charge in the cooler months for the electric pool heater to be turned on due to the reduced hours of sunshine thus making solar less effective. When we visited ourselves and had the solar fitted in the September we noticed a big improvement in the water temperature compared to a previous visit in the month of September. Those night time swims are so lovely since having the solar pool heat fitted.
The pool area is bordered by a fence at the back and shrubs at either side for added privacy. We also have a new games room with eight foot pool table, air hockey table and foosball table,free wireless internet access and free use of baby items (Graco stroller/pushchair, travel crib/cot, highchair and baby rocking chair).
Free use of gas BBQ. You may be required to purchase a bottle of gas if the gas bottle is empty on your arrival (approximately $20/£11 from nearby gas/petrol station). The BBQ must be cleaned before your departure so it is left clean for the next guest.
We also provide a safe at no extra charge. We have added many extra little touches as we were determined that our second home wasn't going to become just another "rental" villa. In fact, we even had ceiling lights installed in every room, something you don't tend to find in most villas. This is, after all, where we too enjoy memorable holidays just like our guests.
In our villa, you will find extras like plenty of books, guide books for Disney and the Orlando area, board games, pool toys, Playstation 2 with games and DVD's. In fact, every bedroom has it's own TV with combined DVD. All furnishings, bed linen, etc. are of the highest quality. Even the kitchen has a lot more equipment and utensils than the average villa should you wish to prepare meals at home - you won't just find the bare essentials in this home!
LOCATION - You couldn't be in a better area. Our villa is situated on the Hamlet at West Haven which is a small gated community with beautifully landscaped communal areas. As you enter West Haven down the palm tree lined boulevard, you soon realize this is one of the newer, more up-market communities. In addition to your own private pool there is a community pool, tennis courts and small childrens playground only a few minutes walk from the villa.
The villa is only minutes away from Junction 58 of the I4 giving easy access to all the theme parks, golf courses and shopping areas. Disney is only 15 minutes, Universal and Seaworld about 20 minutes. It is also only one hour's drive to both the Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches. The Champions Gate area is only five minutes away where you will find the prestigious Golf courses, large Publix supermarket, Chinese and Italian restaurants, fast food outlets, Walgreens pharmacy and a gas/petrol station.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a non-smoking home, however smoking is permitted on the pool deck. No pets are allowed. A really lovely home in a great location so book now, you will not be disappointed.

Fully fenced around the pool area gives total privacy from other properties, we are not aware of any other vacation homes on The Hamlet that have a completed fenced pool area.
- Shared Pool : There is a communal pool as you enter the gates to our community The Hamlet, West Haven. This is only a few minutes walk from the villa and is free of charge for guests to use.

Extended pool deck with good quality patio furniture - 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs with footstools, 2 small drinks tables and large outdoor table with 4 chairs. There is a 26ft x 13ft pool which can be heated at an additional cost if required.

- Telephone (2) : 2 cordless telephones are provide in the villa. All calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada are free of charge. If you wish to make international calls then a calling card is needed which can be purchased from local supermarkets/gas stations, etc.

A removable pool fence surrounds the pool for piece of mind when travelling with small children. For safety, please ensure younger members of your party are supervised around the pool at all times. Patio doors are fitted with an alarm which sounds when they are opened to alert you when children may wander out onto pool area. TV/DVD in all bedrooms including the childrens room as well as childrens DVD's. There are also childrens story books and a PS2 with games.

Dear Mark and Tracey - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing us to use your beautiful villa as a base for the most magical two weeks of our lives so far. Everything from the pool, games room, DVD players and the weather (I’m sure you even arranged that!) has been enjoyed to the full. I’m just jealous I don’t own the villa. Maddison (aged 7) Dear Mark and Tracey - This villa is the best place in the world. It is a million times better than Spain or Turkey. I loved going to all the theme parks, especially Blizzard Beach. Tracey and Mark - Well, this year we had the blessing of being in our Florida “home” for 4 months. With grandchildren visiting we were again reminded of how wonderful it is to have all the appropriate strollers, high chair, etc, and don’t forget all the pool “floaties”. Thanks for the new grill. Dear Mark and Tracey, this was our second year in your beautiful home and again we had a blast. One of the new things we did was visit Ocala National Park and it was worth it. We canoed amongst alligators, turtles and fishes and the beautiful canopy. Every time we returned from yet another roadtrip the children jumped in the pool, blowing off steam. We were also very happy with the new washer and dryer. Thank you, warm regards.

Our family had a wonderful time here in Orlando! Our granddaughters loved jumping in the pool after spending the day in Disney. Tracey and Mark, Wow! It’s hard to believe we have just concluded our 5th winter in your wonderful villa that has become our home away from home.
