We just returned from our PCB vacation at this property. The condo was clean and very cutely decorated in a Beach theme. We stayed at the Summit last year and infortunately did not have as a good an experience in another condo owned by someone else, however, liking the location we decided to give it anohter shot and found this owned by the McCrary Family. We are so glad we made that decision, as this was a really fabulous vacation and the condo turning out so well, made it even better. We will definitely be back and staying this unit! This condo is very clean! We were very grateful for the extra plush pillow top mattress! The frig is ice cold, great water pressure for a refreshing shower and the AC works great! The combination lock on the door is very convenient so you don't have to worry about taking a room key with you every time you leave. We would recommend this unit to anyone!

The Spring Break of 2007 was awesome due to this condo! It was a great place to hang out during the mornings and evenings and one hell of a convienience during the nightlife. no taking cabs around town or driving in traffic. A small walk and a short elevator ride later, we were all home and safe! truely one of the best experiences of my life. The decorations made us al feel like we were right at home.
