The Colony is a luxury high-rise overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Each unit faces the ocean and has a private balcony. The units are fully furnished for eight people. This includes towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans, all the comforts of home. We do not furnish paper towels, or dish washing liquid. The living room has a panoramic view of the ocean and color TV with HBO. While the dining room is furnished with a lovely contemporary table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, two full baths and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in each unit. We offer a small pool overlooking the ocean on our sun-deck, and saunas.
