We have waited 2 years for our Tuscany condo to be built, furnished and ready for our guests, and it finally is! There are six pictures of our unit posted and I have a dozen more that we can send to you if you like. You may also check the development website and view the pics across the top---all of the blue/yellow pictures are of our unit. Our unit has also been selected to be showcased in the TCI marketing campaign in the world media venues.
Imagine sipping your morning coffee on your second floor high enough for the view but low enough as to not have to take the elevator. Sitting on the screened-in balcony,listening to the gentle waves as the sun lights up Grace Bay, to begin another day in paradise. Or having a cool drink that evening as you entertain friends on the balcony or as you watch the sun setting directly in front of you. This is all before you head out to one of the many restaurants Provo has to offer.
Either way, there is a multitude of ways you can enjoy this unit and this island. Either grab the day and see and do as much as you can handle or kick back on the beach with a good book and walk 100 paces back to your unit to take a nap.
We have been going to this island for many years and can help you with all your questions. We are especially good with arrangements all over the island (especially with the Provo Golf course.) We can advise you on most of the the tricks to be able to enjoy this island without being taken advantage of.
This is a brand new unit in a small and cozy 30 unit development. We are making our second floor end unit (W203) available at some discounted rates depending on time of year, length of stay and number of people. We just returned from 10 days of bliss. If you know Grace Bay-you know what I mean. If you are thinking of going-you will do yourself a favor by experiencing this amazing place. This was our second visit and we are officially counting down the days until our next. With that said, the Tuscany is outstanding. You cannot find a friendlier, more knowledgable, or more accommodating service team anywhere. These people are as good as it gets. The Tuscany's location is serene-on a lower traffic end of the bay and the bay's beautiful turquoise water in our close view-every waking moment. Our stay at this particular condo was a dream come true. It is beautifully decorated and furnished-it felt like being invited into someone's home as a guest. It is difficult to imagine a better experience. This trip was one for the ages-we were sorry to see it end.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
