Within 10 minutes you are at Disney’s main gate or 20 minutes to Universal or Sea World. This resort style community has an old world European charm including a private lake. With white picket fences, gardened seating areas and a beautiful clubhouse and recreation center which boasts a heated pool with fountain and sundeck.   • Hi,having never stayed in a property other then the usual hotels i was very cautious about utilizing the v.r.b.o type of option but being open minded i decided to give it a try.I looked at over 30 properties and contacted various owners by both the phone and via email and wasn't impressed with their conversations or direction until i stumbled upon this property and the exchange of emails with the owner and when i finally spoke with her i was sold,this place is absolutely wonderful and is exactly as depicted in the pictures,close to the orlando international airport,the disney parks and anything else that you may desire,even more important was that the property was clean,well kept and the complex is very quiet and safe.If anyone reading this is looking for an opportunity to enjoy the things that disney or the orlando area has to offer and wants to feel at ease about coming back to their place to rest and wake up the next day with a renewed piece of mind,then reserve this townhouse now!.The owner was a pleasure to deal with and has taken what i feel are all the necessary steps to ensure that anyone staying at this location will have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.By the way,this is not the owner typing all of this..i was an actual resident and these are accurate accounts of my stay there with my family though we really didn't wanna leave,lol.

  • Our family of five had an excellent vacation and truly enjoyed the condo. Everything was exactly as promised, and within a day, everyone was referring to it as "home". The community was in close proximity to all of the attractions, we felt very safe and Anne Marie's written directions were very helpful. My friends, who are mostly all experienced travellers, could not believe the great deal we got on such outstanding accomodations. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends, and will come to stay again!

  • We have just returned home after spending a wonderful month at Ann Marie & Bob's townhome. This is truly a beautiful home, exactly as depicted in the photographs. Venetian Bay Villages is well maintained, safe & secure. The close proximity to the satellite pool and the main clubhouse was an absolute bonus. Ann Marie was a pleasure to deal with! The Welcome Package gave such good directions to everywhere we wanted to go. We have travelled extensively in the United States always staying in hotels. Having been spoiled by staying in a home away from home, suffice is to say no more hotels for us! Thanks again Ann Marie & Bob for a very memorable holiday. We will be back!

Everything in there was so new and clean and in perfect working. We will never stay in a hotel again with our family. I recomend it to everybody
