Beach house perfect for relaxed family get-togethers located directly on it's own child-friendly private beach in the quiet seaside village of Cohasset. Magnificent views of Boston's entire north shore and Boston Light. Sunrises and sunsets over the water. 3 steps from the deck and you are on your own private beach. 2.5 acre property is at the end of a quiet private lane. 2 Kayaks provided as is a table tennis table. Striped bass fishing right from the beach (bring your fishing rods).
The house is casual in style and has a large open central room with floor to ceiling screens that open up to the beach and the ocean. All bedrooms have water views and can hear the soothing sound of waves at night. Two bedrooms were remodelled spring '07.

I've lived in the Boston area since 1975 and have worked in the software and technology industry as a CEO, co-founder, and sales executive since 1984. I am interested in and excited about marketing & sales, technology that improves the marketing and sales process, and helping develop and enrich the lives of the people I work with.
Why the Owner Chose Cohasset
The property was passed down from my grandfather. Having spent summers every year of my life in Cohasset and having so many great memories I've been lucky to be able to have my children enjoy Cohasset as well.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love the quiet and seclusion and beauty of this location yet it's so close to Boston. The constant sounds of the ocean and seagulls is soothing. I find I just drive down the lane to the house and I take a big breath and just relax. The boat house has a "good feel" and great energy. It's connected to the land and the ocean. Everyone seems to be in a good mood when they are here.
