We just returned from a weeks stay(May 10 - 17). We were very at home. We have stayed at the Imperial many times, but this is one of the best. Location is great, views are nice. The beach is close and all the restaurants are withing walking distance. We will return here on our next visit.

My wife, 18 month old son and I stayed in this penthouse for a week. My wife thought it was too cheap to be true but it was perfect. Wonderful people to deal with, great friendly staff @ the Imperial, close to everything and well priced, great restaurants, terrific shopping, the beach and of course an ABC store underneath us!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don't think about it too long in case you miss out! Early check-in (9am) was even organised for us so that our son could have a quick nap after the flight. The friday night fireworks were amazing from the owners lounge, as was access to the pool from our penthouse lanai door! Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou, for a wonderful week. We can't wait to be back.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this penthouse. It was just perfect. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The views were breathtaking (and we have views of Sydney Harbour at home, so we are spoilt!) The pool area is much much nicer than the photos show - and having the pool off the balcony is just so special and convenient. The apartment is right in the hub of great shopping and a 3 minute walk to the beach. ABC store in the building is great - and its open almost 24 hours. Valet staff very friendly and efficient. Dont go to Denny's - crappest food every - House with No Keys at the Hallekulani right across the road great for cocktails at sunset and an early dinner. The walk to the top of Diamond Head was great fun - but go early - ie before 9am. All in all - this was a 5 star holiday - thank you Cindy for your great service....I know I hounded you with so many questions. We will be back next year and I will tell all our friends that this is THE place to stay in Waikiki.

Penthouse Perfection

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful penthouse in August 2011. The Imperial penthouse apartment is absolutely stunning and has fabulous views both of the ocean and the city at night – the pictures probably don’t do it justice. It’s compact but well laid out and the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the refurbishment making for a very enjoyable home away from home. The owners even left a bottle of wine with a note to enjoy which was a lovely and personal touch. I have been coming to Hawaii for many years and stayed in numerous hotels and condos but I can honestly say the Imperial Penthouse is by far the best and I will definitely be back – only wish I was able to stay longer than 10 nights on this trip. A big thank you to Cindy who kindly provided me with an early check in and made the whole booking process so easy. Look forward to returning again in 2012.

Excellent Penthouse and Location

My wife and I LOVED this property for our Honeymoon! We had been to Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii before and this property was beautiful and the location was spectacular! This well appointed property with a huge ocean view lanai and private access to the rooftop pool is a MUST rent for anyone looking to spend time in Waikiki. Clean, quiet, good value. Bottom Line: If you are even considering renting this property, RENT IT! You will NOT be disappointed! Furthermore, you will be hard pressed to find a property with this space, view, furnishings and locations for the same value!

Loved This Condo!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for 2 weeks in March 2011. It was very easy to book, and the condo is exactly as advertised. The renovations are really nice, particularly the kitchen. We did a fair amount of cooking, and the kitchen is well stoked with everything you might need. Condo is low on noise, and has very easy access to the hotel pool. The view from the lanai is quite nice...there are both ocean and city views, including the mountains. Nice patio furniture on the lanai. In addition, the hotel staff are friendly, and the location is wonderful. We would definitely be interested in staying here again if we ever make our way back to Honolulu!

my wife and I stayed in the condo for a week in november 2010 and was very satisfied. The location was at the perfect place near ocean and in the middle of Waikiki beach attractions. The condo had every thing you could need and well appointed. We would return without hesitations.

It was my first time on Oahu and really enjoyed the property! I went down on business and took one extra day for vacation. First, you are on the penthouse... can you say much more than that? Quiet for the most part. There were a couple of weddings that took place in the unit next door. The property owns that suite. When it is not in use (during the evening), it opens to a full bar!! It was spectacular! Didn't even have to leave for an awesome evening. Second, the pool is next door. No having to walk 5 miles and a day to the pool. Quick access to your fridge for drinks and food! The pool is quiet and a bit small (but with all the ++++ it as A-ok) Third, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. Everyone from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. The owners and managers are very helpful and great to do business with! I would def book again! Thank you for everything!

My wife and I have just returned from spending 2 weeks in this condo and we loved every minute of it!! We arrived from australia early morning and went straight to the room...no wait!! We were pleasantly surprised that every amenity was catered for........the location is the best in waikiki-in the heart of lewers st.The condo has a "new" feel about it and will not disappoint! The best thing we personally loved about this condo is "the Owners Lounge" WOW!!! what a view...we sat outside on friday night and enjoyed a glass of wine along with the hilton fireworks....best seat in the house!! Last but not least is a personal thank you to Cindy who looked after us every step of the way...thanks so very much!! As I said....simply the best in waikiki!!

Our Two Week Get-Away

The pictures make the rooms seem larger than they really are but, the apartment is well laid-out and very nicely finished. The workers next door were around during the day but, they were polite and friendly.(The apartment next door was being re-modeled.) The full kitchen is perfect for breakfast and late-night dinners.(We were usually out during the daytime so we took our lunches where-ever we found ourselves). This gives you the option on how to plan your days. The bed was excellent, not too soft so we were always ready to go out! If you go with more than two people, the sofa folded out into a sofabed. You can walk right off your lanai straight to the rooftop pool. The staff was very curteous and very helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation here and would gladly do so again.

We just sold our house and didn't get possession of the new place for a month - decided to spend 3 weeks in Hawaii - great decision!! We just checked out of this penthouse after a two week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the unit. It is in the middle of everything, but quiet and convenient. The views from the lanai are terrific! The unit was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit concerned initially as there is no oven or grill, but the countertop oven works just great. The staff of the Imperial are very friendly and accommodating. We will return!

Waikiki stay

You can tell alot of love went into the renovation of this penthouse suite. There are outlets everywhere. We were so happy with the full kitchen. It was well lit and spacious. Even though the lanai is "shared" the other unit does not even have furniture out. We ate out on the lanai many times and were always alone. The staff at the Imperial Waikiki are friendly and helpful. The location is superb. Right next to the Halekulani and walking distance to the post office for mailing boxes home.

We just returned from spending a week in this penthouse. The view was amazing and incredible both of the city and the ocean. The facilities were very comfortable, relaxing, and accomodating with every thing needed close by. There was a wide variety of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay in this condo again if available.

More than lived up to our expectation. First class accommodations, very clean and friendly staff. Loved the location. The best of Wakiki right outside the door. We also liked the private pool entrance, and the spacious lanai. Would definitely recommend.

We just returned from Oahu and stayed in this wonderful room. Room was very well furnished and very clean. Full kitchen was definitely a plus and the view was amazing. More than spacious for 2 people. In addition to the room, the staff was extremely friendly and ALWAYS more than willing to help with anything we needed.
