Kahana Reef, Unit 411, is on the fourth-floor of a three-building complex with 88 units all facing the Pacific Ocean. It offers amazing panoramic views of Molokai and Lanai. We have been owners of several units at Kahana Reef for 26 years. You can see gorgeous sunsets and rainbows, seasonal whales, dolphins and turtles, and have wind surfers and kite surfers to watch - all from the comfort of your top-floor, individual lanai that offers you excellent privacy.
This is a haven where you can experience quiet and tranquility -- lay by the pool, read under the shade of our large milo trees, or relax in the chaise lounge on your lanai.
We are well-situated: Less than ten minutes away are the award-winning, world-class golf courses at Kapalua including the Plantation Course, home of the Mercedes Championship, and the new Kapalua Golf Academy. There are a number of beaches in the area for you to choose from: Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili. It is only a short walk to the fine restaurants and shops located in the Kahana Gateway Center between Kaanapali and Kapalua or a short drive to the shopping areas found in Kapalua, Napili, Lahania, and Kaanapali. Lahaina, the historic whaling village is just seven miles away. Kahana Reef is just right for those who want to have access to all that Maui offers but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing schedule of your choice. Our ocean-front condo is just 35'from the water. It is a lovely, recently refurbished, one-bedroom, one-bath condo that has all the amenities of home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking and serving utensils. Guests can prepare all their meals at the condo if they choose. Those using the shared gas barbeques on the ground floor enjoy the relaxed camaraderie found there, for most of our guests are quite friendly. There is a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator and microwave oven.
There is another color television set in the bedroom and a personal safe for your convenience. The sofa in the living room makes into a comfortable queen-size bed and all the linens are furnished. A laundry facility is on-site. In the condo, we have provided beach towels and beach chairs for two.
