The "Crawford Cabin" is located in the heart of the White Mountains and only one mile from Crawford Notch State Park. The cabin was built decades ago as a family "camp", so that family members could get away to the mountains for the summer. It has since been updated with modern comforts and is availble for guests year around.

Hart's Location is the smallest town in New Hampshire with about 40 year around residents. The area is a favorite with outdoor enthusiasts who love the rugged mountains and especially those who come to hike, bike, ski, rock climb, see wildlife, etc.

When you are ready to leave the woods and see the town, North Conway is only about 30 minutes away. Factory Outlet stores(tax free shopping), restaurants, movies, live theater, and other in-town activities are available.

There are also many attractions within a short drive such as the Mount Washington COG Railway, StoryLand, Santa's Village, Flume Gorge, and others. Bretton Woods Ski area and Attitash and many other ski slopes are minutes away!



Our location makes a great "Base Camp" for all of your white mountain vacation plans.

  • One bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with a full and twin bed. One bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, coffee pot, cooking and eating utensils. TV (no cable), DVD and VCR player. Woodstove/fireplace and furnace for heat. Deck w/picnic table, Outdoor fire-pit, Linens available for an additional fee. Non-Smoking and no Pets please, in consideration of those with allergies.

  • Short walk through the back yard to the Saco River for fishing and swimming. There is an old fashioned country store nearby (seasonal). Close to Crawford Notch State Park (Hiking, Biking, Rock and Ice Climbing). Downhill skiing at Attitash and Bretton Woods and Cross Country skiing at Bear Notch. Short drives to: Horseback riding, canoeing/kayaking, live theater, movies, antique shops, outlet stores, golfing, snowmobiling, and many other activities.
