Beautiful architecture, gorgeous interiors, and strong maintenance make our Arena Blanca condos some of the most popular in Playa del Carmen. There's a reason we have high occupancy!
Our first floor condos (no stairs!) are situated amidst tropical flowers, palm trees, and a gorgeous tiled pool. You will feel like the pool and gardens are all yours!
We designed our condos to easily accommodate four people, with built-in mahogany cabinets and two bathrooms. Our customers have raved about the beauty and convenience we created for them. But if you need two-bedrooms, look at our spectacular penthouse at VRBO # 114396
Our condos have a lovely small garden terrace off the master bedroom and the private, or semi-private use of our ROOFTOP TERRACE, with a romantic shade palapa, jacuzzi, lounging/dining/ sleeping furniture, and lovely views of the Caribbean and the city of Playa.
Arena Blanca is perfectly situated in the newer North End of Playa, a few steps to the quaint shops and restaurants of "Little Italy" on Fifth Avenue. We are centrally located without being smack dab in the touristy (noisy) downtown.
And the beaches?! Arena Blanca is on 38th St, the landscaped gateway to the famous Shangri-la and Mamitas Beaches (200 yds away). Tall, tan, young, and handsome, you'll find the most beautiful beach-goers in the Mayan Riviera here.

- King Bed: We like quality and comfort and this King-Size Bed is firm and soft. You'll love the tropical headboard, the plush bedding and the bed-side reading lamps.

- WiFi (Wireless Internet): Bring your own computer to up wireless internet service from the office. You may need to sit at the poolside palapa for service.

We enjoyed our unit very much--great design with the bathroom between the two rooms. The concierge was most helpful all during our stay! YOu have a good man there. We all enjoyed it very much and hope to return next Christmas. In fact, I wish I was going today--the Winter has been long and cold and I'm really ready for it to be over. But Spring is coming soon--I just hope Lake Superior knows that!

In general, we found your condo to be very well appointed and comfortable. The building and it's location were ideal. The pool was especially appreciated. The grounds service and maid service for the most part were of a high standard. The BRIC staff were extremely professional and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend your unit to our friends in the future.

We had a great time in Playa. Great city, great food, great beaches. Overall, we loved the condo. Great location, very comfortable furnishings. We must have missed the power outage day; we never had any problems. As you probably know, there is a jackhammer close by, and one morning we had to leave the condo to get away from it. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. Thanks!
