My wife and I came here and stayed for one week for our belated honeymoon and we will never forget it. It was seven days and nights of absolute bliss. We stayed in the roof-top suite and just loved every second. The staff was very kind and the location is ideal for anyone that likes conveinience and things that are cool. Great dining, easy to buy stuff to make meals, the beach is a five minute walk away, and the location makes it so if you wanna keep it low key you may, and if you wanna get wild, fun is just blocks away. So sad we must leave but we will be back!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at arena Blanca for two weeks in March 2011.It is the most perfect condo we have ever rented in Playa del Carmen, which, by the way, is an area we love! Arena Blanca exceeded all of our expectations with regard to comfort, location, beauty, safety, superb staff, pool, proximity to ocean, as well as restaurants and desired activities. It is an atmosphere where you may remain as private or social with other guests as desired. The free Wi-fi amenity was vital for us and abundant drinking water is provided. The check-in/check-out process is so prompt and friendly. A professional staff is available at all times to deal with any needs/questions. The rooftop terrace is not to be missed! It is just fantastic and you will feel spoiled. Every day we appreciated the beauty and design of arena Blanca. Stay here, it's a great place. The booking process through Judy and/or abby is completely smooth, thorough, and friendly!

"Best Condo In Playa del Carmen!" Staying at arena Blanca is like having your own place in Playa. The location is the best in the area. You are close to the best beach clubs and restaurants in Playa.. It's an easy walk to the heart of town, you can go via the beach or 5th ave. and be anywhere in no time. The condo is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the good luck to be there when the owners were staying in their penthouse. Judy and Jay invited us up for cocktails and gave us the grand tour of the penthouse and rooftop terrace. They have two jacuzzi's and hold the record for the highest jacuzzi in all of Playa. What a view. This was our fifth year in Playa and our second year at arena Blanca. We will be staying there again on our next trip!! Thanks to everyone at arena Blanca!

My girlfriend and I stayed one week in mid- to late-January at arena Blanca. Overall, a wonderful experience. The accommodations were as good, if not better, than what the pictures promised. The location was perfect - close to the beach and not so close to the over-commercialized tourist zone. The terrace was also nice, especially in the hot afternoons.

My husband and I really enjoy our stay at arena Blanca. I was very impressed with how clean our condo was. I always go into the vacation rentals that we stay in and "touch up" the cleaning that has already been done, but no need to do that here! The gardens around the grounds are just gorgeous...so many flowers. My husband and I stayed in unit #2 (ground level). There are a total of 11 units and it appeared that there were only two other units occupied during our stay. It was very quiet ecxept for the street noise...but that wasn't too bad either. Our a/C didn't work correctly when we first got there but we called angeles and it was fixed immediately. Everyone was extaordinarily helpful and friendly. The bed is a bit hard but other than that it was just perfect!!! We were provided with a cell phone to make local calls, plenty of drinking water, washer/dryer, ironing board...ect. We had all the comforts of home. We would definitely consider staying at arena Blanca again.

I decided to go to Playa Del Carmen to celebrate my 50th birthday... I had stayed at arena Blanca for a few days with friends and booked again at arena Blanca as I am familiar with the owners... it once again exceeded my expectations! The condos are so comfortable, they have everything you'll need on your trip... the plush garden landscaping by the pool is lush! The location is perfect... you are a short walk from everything you want to do... a minute to the beach... a few more to the hot spots in town... The managers are very helpful... and it is safe! I also feel compelled to mention that we did some traveling around the Yucatan and everywhere we went was wonderful and safe! There are some incredible treasures to be visited while in Mexico and the people were very inviting!

My husband and I and our 12 year-old granddaughter stayed here for four nights in November. This is a beautiful vacation rental, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff is terrific! The location is good, close to everything, and a short walk to the beach. We were quite comfortable and felt welcome. We would stay here again.

5 of 5 We stayed at arena Blanca for two weeks in august 2010. We had read the positive reviews at Tripadvisor but we were even more impressed with the apartment when we got there. To start with our flat (ground floor, next to the pool) was *very* fully stocked - incl. washing machine, dishwasher, mobile phone, baby cot, blender, 2 aircons, beach chairs and umbrella.. I don't think you can get these amenities even on a 5* hotel. The apartment was clean and very spacious - incl. a comfortable bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and spacious view to the front pool. The condo manager (Angeles) is also very helpful in everything we needed during our two weeks of stay (incl. a baby chair for feeding!). The beach is around 6-7 minutes walk and it's one of the nicest beaches in Playa where you get mostly locals and no club noise. Location-wise, the apartment is on 5th avenue and 38th and it would take us 25 minutes to walk all the way to the other end of the 5th avenue, so not too far from all the Playa action. The apartment was also extremely good value for money - probably as much as we would have paid for a standard 3* or 4* hotel room in the area. We would totally recommend it for anyone visiting Playa - family, couples or individuals.

5 of 5 We were going to Mexico for our niece's wedding in Riviera Maya. When we inquired about the condo, all information was sent promptly. When we arrived, we were very happy that we went to Playa del Carmen. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was always clean and the water was heavenly. It felt like a warm bath. We felt at home and never once had any problems. The owner Judy Hoechler was very thorough with the information sent to us about the condo and the area. We will definitely be going to Playa del Carmen and arena Blanca!

Came to Playa with my husband and 10 month-old son. We were in search of a place that had the comforts of home, especially with a baby--so kitchen and laundry were key. This place was just about perfect! We loved the layout and the design of the space. Lots of room, closets, towel racks, etc. The bathroom was an added surprise. It has two sinks and toilets flanking a shower area. Each is divided by a sliding door. So two or more people have plenty of room and privacy. We opted to also rent out the terrace and it was fabulous! Our son loved the plunge pool and the waterfall! It was a great space to hangout--day or night. The staff was all fantastic and always helpful when we needed something. Felt like we got the privacy and quiet time we wanted, yet help was just a short distance away if needed. Speaking of distance--it was the perfect location. Walked to everything, yet at the quiet north end of town. When we wanted to get to the other end right away, say for breakfast, we just took a $2 taxi and were there within a few minutes. Nothing bad to say here. Just come and stay! You won't regret it! We enjoyed our unit very much--great design with the bathroom between the two rooms. The concierge was most helpful all during our stay! YOu have a good man there. We all enjoyed it very much and hope to return next Christmas. In fact, I wish I was going today--the Winter has been long and cold and I'm really ready for it to be over. But Spring is coming soon--I just hope Lake Superior knows that!

In general, we found your condo to be very well appointed and comfortable. The building and it's location were ideal. The pool was especially appreciated. The grounds service and maid service for the most part were of a high standard. The BRIC staff were extremely professional and accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend your unit to our friends in the future.

We had a great time in Playa. Great city, great food, great beaches. Overall, we loved the condo. Great location, very comfortable furnishings. We must have missed the power outage day; we never had any problems. As you probably know, there is a jackhammer close by, and one morning we had to leave the condo to get away from it. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. Thanks!

Sometimes you can be disappointed booking a place to stay online once you see it in person, and it doesn't meet your expectations. When we arrived, we were excited to find that everything exceeded our expectations! Beautiful condo, grounds, and pool, with a rooftop patio, to boot! Before arriving I had some initial concerns about security, but the security was first rate, and would not have any reservations about recommending this condo to a friend, or staying again. The added bonus is that it was close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but just far enough from the noisy area to make the stay more enjoyable. 5 of 5
