Enjoy true Luxury with a fun, artistic flair! Artists own this 2 bedroom, 2-bath, w/ separate BunkRoom (bunkroom features new twin beds on the floor) unit. It's FULL of LUXURY UPGRADES and decorated like a 5-star resort! It is decorated in Greens, Tans and Browns. The Master bedroom and guest room feature King Size beds (yes - 2 KING BEDS!) with Extra PLUSH mattresses! The pictures show the actual condo you will get.
It features a breakfast bar, separate dining area, laundry room, and two full-size baths. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all black-on-black appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home.
This unit feels like a 3 BR but rents for the price of a 2 BR. The Master Bedroom faces the Gulf and has a luxury Master Bath.
From your 25th floor private balcony, you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view. Listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing on the shoreline. With binoculars, you can see the ocean life swimming in the gulf. This spacious balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee, indulge yourself with a good book, or relax and watch one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water.
This unit has wireless internet service, free premium cable TV, and free local telephone calls. In season (March thru October) it includes free beach chair service.
Park under the building instead of across the street!!! Parking is free at Sunrise. Plus, it has one of the best fitness facilities on the beach.
Please note: All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts. Also, our properties are family resorts and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees.
Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.

The resort charges 2.00 per person for wrist bands required for swimming pool access. Pool bands are not required for children 10 and under.

You no longer have to hassle with electronic door keys. This unit is equipped with the keyless entry system. One week before you check-in, we will generate your numeric code and email it along with your "Welcome Letter".

The Sunrise Beach Resort is one of the very few resorts in PCB that features all parking directly underneath the facility (no walking across the road!) and is located in the most desirable quiet West end of town.
It offers everything you would expect to find at a first class resort. There are two pools, two hot-tubs, a mushroom play fountain for the "little ones", a great fitness center, clubhouse with media room, and covered garage parking. On site you’ll find jet ski rental, parasailing, and water cycles.

Sunrise Beach Resort has absolutely the best location on the "Quiet West End" of Panama City Beach. It is right next door to Sharkey's Beachfront Restaurant and Club and it less than 1 mile from the exciting Pier Park development and the Frank Brown Baseball/Softball complex.
