Our condo is located on the first floor of a quiet, 36-unit complex directly across the street from over three miles of beautiful, white sand beach. The condo includes use of a large swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts.
This 1100-square-foot condo is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in closet and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The livingroom includes a sofa that can be converted to a double-size bed. There is a screened lanai off of the livingroom, which includes a patio table for dining outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped for use during your stay, and there is a gas grill located near the pool for grilling.
A $200 security deposit is required to hold your date and will be returned upon inspection of the unit after departure. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $75 cleaning fee. Long distance phone calls are not included and will be deducted from deposit.

Every time I visit Marco Island it is harder to leave since it is so beautiful, and relaxing. The sunsets, warm Gulf waters, convenient pool and many amenities make it truly a paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Seaview
This condo unit was desireable since the complex is small, not a highrise with too many people using the swimming pool or other amenities. The location near the beach and Gulf is convienent and comfortable, while the ground floor allows for easy access to all of these.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo unit is quiet, and allows for comfortable easy beach access directly across the street. Nearby Naples offers a variety of activities, while Marco Island has a number of fine and casual restaurants as well as shopping, modern Library with video rental and internet access, and georgous sunsets. The Island is well maintained, clean, and delightful.

Very clean and well maintained condo. The location to the south beach is unbeatable, closer walk than most residents! The owner is honest and always available to answer questions. This condo is located on the first floor, is very comfortable sleeps 6 easily. The condo offers a heated pool, cook-out area and free parking. Restaurant within walking distance. Location offers an easy drive to anyplace on and off Marco, including the Natural History Museum on Marco Island, Isle of Capri, Goodland, Naples and the Everglades. We have even driven to Miami for dinner. I would highly recommend this condo to a friend and relatives.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed for three months and it was a very enjoyable and relaxing, snow birds retreat. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. There were beach chairs and beach towels as well as a foldable cart. The location is across a street from the beach which was great. The pool and tennis was great. There was no internet access and I purchased the equipment to set it up for three months. The people I met at the condo were very friendly and great company. My wife and I are looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
