Sailing away to Key Largo. Beautiful tropical home. Upstairs Stilt home 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps 8. Kingsize pillowtop, 2 Queen beds and a double sleeper sofa. Completely furnished with Pool and Hot-tub. Very bright and breezy, open up the french doors and enjoy the Ocean breezes. Large fenced in yard very private!
Pilot House Marina 1 street over. Large Screened in porch, sit outside and enjoy the tropical breezes of the ocean. At night you can light the tiki torches around the pool and start the fire pit. Cook out at the grill, and roast marshmellows. Have 2 bikes at house if you want to ride. You can sight see and snorkel all day and then come home to a sanctuary private and peaceful home and relax outside under the Lania or relax in the hot tub or go for a swim.
This is a peaceful and tranquil relaxing home. Beautiful plush landscape, there are two empty lots on both sides of the home and the Pilot House marina across the road. Walking distance to Restaurants, The Pilot House,Calypsos,Tug boats,Marina and flea market every Sunday. Ocean is just 1 block down street. Boat-slip and Boat ramp available in Marina Del Rey within walking distance only upon request, additional fee.
Swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphin Plus or just watch, within walking distance. Enjoy many of our local artists and crafts made to capture the essence of the florida keys. "Beware of the Keys Disease", Once you get it, you will never want to leave the keys! It seems to be highly contagious.
You are located in the heart of Key Largo, close to John Pennecamp State Park, Harry Harris State Park and Beach. All major shopping stores,Great local restaurants are within 1-2 miles. This is one of the best neighborhoods in Key Largo.
